My company has made me to be under pressure when its time to work and to also be fast and knowing that the customer is the main purpose we there. Working with my co-workers is so good via team work but our managers promote favouritism at work place. I have learned to open accounts for customers, cellphones specialist, visualising the department and serving customer.

Friendly environment to engage with different characters
Working at the retail requires a lot of passion and persistence and work work as well and finally tolerance to understand different types of people. The work can not being complete without any help from your co worker so team work places a major role and from my experience my co worker heavy been awesome and helpful to make the job done.Yo be a good retail associate you need to be a good listener and have a good communication skills and willingness to help. I personal enjoy egengaimg

A Different Ball Game
Working for Nicche Electronics I have surprisingly made a Name for myself with all our Suppliers in the High end Audio Visual Technical Industry. I do the Software Programming on Russound, Rako Light Automation, setting up Security Passwords and Usernames on TP Links. I also extract information and footage from CCTV Surveillance Cameras. I have completed a course on URC which is an Advanced Network System Controller and although it is completely out of my comfort zone, I make it my own. I love travelling and working on client sites and the flexibility of the job. I work at a mobile office which is any coffee shop or Internet Cafe I choose. I've had an opportunity to combine all my skills in Administration, Sales, Managerial, Training and Networking to implement and change the game in what is known as a "Mans' World."
Pros: Endless learning and business opportunities.
Cons: Hardly any females in the industry.

Good environment
Edcon is a great company to work and vibrant environment.Challenges that one is facing is sort staff in some departments,but all employees are team worker they familiarise themself with da store.

Learning new things from customers
it's nice working with people. Get advices, ideas you learning each and every day. Sometimes we get difficult customers but we heandle them in a polite way and calm them down so that they leave the store with a smile and come back again

Wonderful working experience
Very professional and friendly environment where I feel at home.Given enough time to do duties and proper trainings are given.There is an early morning meeting everyday that gives a direction of how the day will go,targets,customer reviews,the ones who have done well are congratulated and rewarded.Also anyone with a birthday gets celebrated which makes it even more exciting to be in the environment.There is prayer shared also. It does get challenging at times when there are targets to be made and there is not enough feet coming in the store.It is a bad thing but also good in a way that it makes relationships to be kept with customers because days like that make you remember to call customers all the time to keep track of their visits in the store which brings extra profits.I enjoy helping people, my customers, my colleagues. I love sharing the knowledge I have with other people and see the excitement they have on their faces after I have made them discover something new or something they were not aware of.

Edcon is the company you can work. It give the Staff to improve their selves. It does have development within the. The important thing that i like is their training to the their Staff Members.

Excellent way to keep me busy
It's a great opportunity to see places, meeting people, and it keeps me busy. I have learned how to work in teams and helped me improve my communication skills. I enjoy going to different places, because that's how I see how other people live n I get to see a s know a different place
