Learn more day by day.
Learning more things day by day..good communication with me and my colleges. I enjoy my department most because to being cellphone admin help me to learn to be fast nd understand problems of the customers nd how to resolved the issues of them day by day..enjoy and understand to do bookings telephonically and on the computer as well..to handle different customers .like to be on the retail help me to know how to discuss with people ..to be fast and energetic .the thing that I enjoy most to communicate with the customers especially when they need the cellphone that we don't have in the store I enjoy to convinced them to choose onother one with the similar fixtures.

I'm and hard working person who always strive to do great thing's in life. Not just in person but also in my work place.I like challenges and is not afraid to work under pressure. I'm always available and open to lean new things.I like to succeed in life and always looking for new challenges.may aim is to grow in life and also in my workplace. As like I did in my current workplace. I started of as a casual and now d myself as a manager. I like to believe to see myself as a friendly person and work well with myself. Even wen sometime we have to work under pressure. I then always try to lead from the front and to keep the composure so that my staff can execute the work well and quick.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent company to work for gained a lot of experince and challenges one just need growth and explore new challenges. Been a superviour for years with my company. Having a great relationship with my colleagues at a retalis store theres customers challenges on a daily bases but unfornately its about them being happy. What i enjoy most at work is learning a new thing i like new challenges so its exciting to learn everyday. The most challenging aspect about my job is working through the weekend and public holidays.

The cultura is good but some employee they destroying if.. pushing they gender
There is no opportunity to grow.people stuck in one position,you can work for years when it time for to promote you they hire another person to do the work that you are doing. They just don't about employees as last long you deliver in time..that good to them Lack of Communication I

Excellent development on my skills
Edcon its a very large industry of where by there's a lot of work to do specially on the department that I am working at as an HR Benefits consultant, being careful in all the reports that I do monthly and dealing with staff on daily basis in communicating with them and the manager, this placement has transferred lot of knowledge and skills in my field, I have lean a lot like updating reports, communication with staff, working as a team . I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we usually have lunch with my Managers every month end to socialize and have fun and what I enjoy most is when I've helped the staff I feel so fulfilled when I have met and provide the need of the staff The most challenging aspects is when I do the reports for payments, here I have to be very careful not to do mistakes or else charges will go to the wrong staff

Good learning experience
We are a well balanced team between merchants buyers and planners. We learn a lot from each others and collectively build action plans to create sales. I learnt forecasting, budgeting and analysing sales trends. I enjoy mostly giving full support to store staff and assisting them in achieving their daily or monthly targets.
