Not giving much appreciated and motivation

We have ROM that have favoured staff and managers doesnt care about other managers feelings and ideas on how to improve in our stores making it clear that you are not wanted and telling people that she regrets hiring you but seeing what we have sacrificed in company it is not recognized. I feel like im trapped that one mistake I'm out. We are reaching targets but no motivation at all. Sending email to reply all so that all stores managers can read that you are not competent and not doing what is expected of you Rather than leading us she is bullying us not fair.

Administration, customer service and switchboard operate

I would like to work as r credit controller,my relationship with co-workers is to have team work during everyday base's,I have learnt that in order to be are good credit controller you need to be online with your budget make sure that the pettycash is been signed,I enjoy most everything of my job,it's when ur cash office is not balancing

Edcon is a big company being there has made me gain alot of experience of which l would recommend it to anyone ..l left my company because it deals with contractors and I wanted growth

It has a good style in terms of recruiting their employees

It has it own academic school were it trains its own employees in terms of the position they have applied for,the staff members are very friendly,and it terms of overall situation,it taught me how to treat a customer and how should u behave wen something has occurred at ur work place

Outstanding learning environment

It is actually a good company that accommodates every employee in terms of work relations. Employees love and trust each other in all angles, it is a dynamic company that creates lot of incentives and healthy competitions. I have gained more skills in terms of team work building and that include relationship building. I enjoy mostly my work because i have been always passionate about engaging with my clients at work. The most challenging part is that my service serves every race and I have to learn to understand all the languages but I have been doing well though situation is like that because I travelled to lot of provinces and that helps me to understand more languages.

Excellent learning curve

Great opportunities,reliable sources and resources,great incentives and there’s no limits of prospects but downside is having to manage the whole store without the store manager for years but that was an excellent learning curve for me

Good working environment

Good company indeed I wish I was not leaving working at edcon you get to interact with people learn to understand people and be able to ask adjust to diffent environment
