Good communicator in verbal and non verbal. Able to work individual and as a team. Fast learner and good memoriser. Can able to work under pressure and time management. Good in typing, Excel, Microsoft office and words. Keep customer first and make them to feel at home too.

Good company
We had a room for growth within the company. Team work and multitasking on a daily basis. Team work played a big role to achieve daily task. The staff will carry out the daily task as a team. The challenging aspect was festive holidays , working in Menlyn mall, the closing hours were abnormal during festive sesson. I learned that to work as a team is very vital in retail. Where the store achieve daily target it was refreshing.

I am very creative given the environment and the resources to work with and I believe in teamwork and support, is the only way towards achieving productivity in any environment, with the effort of finding ways on how to improve day-to-day business transactions. My current work experience has equipped me with multitude of skills, knowledge and experience including working independently and be creative within the team, time management and ability to identify sales opportunities. My work is all about customer service, handling customer queries, merchandising, implementing promotions, store key duties, alarm testing, driving sales and stock taking What I enjoy most is I play a crucial role in decision-making problem-solving, planning and building healthy relationship with customers. Overall I have leant to look at things differently and in a positive way.

Excellent experience
