working in retail is not easy because we deal with different personalities some customers can be very rude. but we tryand understand and make sure they leave our store happy.

Excellent communication learning curve

Good working environment, mostly its all about team work in the field. Each day we have a target set for us as a Jet store, like Sales, Financial services, cellphone handsets sold, New accounts sold... So I work under the cellphone and new account drive department We directly communicate with customers and apply skills, knowledge and abilities to get them to open the accounts

Pros: Good opportunity for gaining experience as we interact with clients physically, challenges arise but we learn to overcome them
Cons: Customer can misinterpret our services and be angry, as staff we take the blame which can be tough sometimes

Excellent Planning and organising

I’m well furnished with broad Debtors knowledge, Fraud and Merchandising and Admin, product knowledge, computer skills, and good academic background as far as competency requirements in the field are concerned and this is further complemented by strong personal attributes such as pressure resilience, flexibility, analytical, problem solving and versatility

Company has too many reporting manager they come and change all the time and sometimes they confused us by not being a team and they always chop and change things in a short space of time

Financial service

I learn how to talk to client how to explain to her and how much one client mean in the bussiness and dont giveup in what you do always stay positive.

Pros: on policies were earn a lot per one policies and financial service were drive it a lot
Cons: we were working long hours no overtime but we earn less
