Learning curve
I am able to work well on my own as well as in a team work, I believe in team work is essential to build a strong organization to became a successful organization I have strong understanding of customer service, I am energetic with positive attitude, meet deadlines while keeping clients happy, I have strong communications skills at all skills, able to handle customer complaints, ability to interact well in a team, I have a personal approach and pleasant with calm personality, attention to detail and general office administration What I love about my Job is that with each client I learn something everyday New terms and I enjoy it I work well with my co-workers as a team I also work a POC

Hard working and always have room to learn new staff
Work as sales consultant at bayport duties we pre approval of applications and data collection. Work at merchants vodacom as a customer care agent and my duties answering large volumes of calls ,data capturing, calculating itemised statement and billing

Good starting point.
As a call center representative you must be very patient and you must also know how to talk to people because we deal with people all day everyday, sometimes he get hung up on and sometimes we get cussed out but we learned how to handle it. The workplace enviorment is very relaxed and friendly and the paychecks are very handsome.

Excellent
I had a great opportunity working for merchants however working environment is not healthy mentally and the salary is too little yet even though the target is reached and the exceptional service is given to the clients There are favouritism.managers do not know how to communicate with staff they are so unprofessional

A very fast and hard worker,manage very well with computer and eager to learn
We deal with very impatient customers some who are not even willing to get and explanation of what you have to say,you have to have soft skills to be in a company like ours,have to be patient,be able to multitask and generate the system fast.

Teaches one to work under pressure
Well you learn that team work makes the dream work.We work together as a team in order to reach the target Nd get incentives. It always a business hectic day especially when there is a high call volume.I have learnt to control my temper cause you deal with different individuals ,you learn to share and most of all you learn to care for your colleagues more than yourself.I enjoy that for every great job you do you get rewarded.

Good exposure
Exposed to different accounts and processes. Though it’s hard to settle in after the section 197 that took place in October. The company has a lot of accounts and is internationally recognized.

Great call center experience
I've learned to handle both soft and cold calls. Making sure that I provide great service to our customers and also ensuring that the customer raise their satisfaction through survey. It is a great working environment
