Excellent learning curve

Working hours are flexible and work in a team of 10 to 15 people. The company changes the work employees do every month which makes it very hard to grow and learn more on the position. I report to a team leader and every month I change team leaders which makes it hard to connect with fellow colleagues. I've learnt how to adapt quick to change as there are so many changes and different skills such as mentoring, report writing and administrative. I love how they recognize people when have achieved something.

Cons: No growth and low wage

Excellent learning curve

I have been intimately involved with the establishment, infrastructural development of the Merchants South African Airways and Vodacom in a Business Improvement Analyst role current to date and look forward to transfer that experience to your enterprise and add value

Great work experience and a wonderful learning curve.

I have learned a lot working for Merchants and i appreciate the opportunity.It has been quite a ride ,fun and bumpy as well. I believe im being paid fairly,however my needs and the cost of living has become more than what i recieve,besides that i have been with the company for more than 4 years now,i believe its time for change. The company doesnt give me any bonus.

Good learning curve

It was great worked ng on new product and new clientele. Excellent working relationship and conditions with co-workers. I was a good motivator towards ny co-wotkers. Reaching my highest talk time was the easiest for me even in a vad day or month

it is hectic there is pressure to make stats The pay is little for the amount of work we do customers can get very nasty if the issue cannot be resolved the staff gets to be inconvenienced

About my job

Working in a call centre environment is a bit challenging and fun and you get to engage with different character especially in your team.I had my typical day whereby customer would ask what happened to their airtime knowing very customer called another network and they would what to speak to the supervisor being difficult over nothing.I had an awesome relationship with my co-workers cause maybe we been given a weekend off we would plan something as team and go out have fun.I've learnt that we should help one another and never think you better than anyone cause I believe we all special in a different way's. I enjoyed night shift cause at that time there less rate of calls and in our team we used to enjoying working late shift knowing we would laugh till knock off time.the most challenging aspect of the job would assisting difficult customers all the time

Its a learning and challenging invironment

In my current company I have learned how to relate well with my co-workers and senior management , how to deal with conflict. I enjoy coaching and mentoring my direct report seeing them grow to other positions . What is most challenging is ensuring that all employees are happy and motivated , understanding them as individuals and knowing what is important to them and what drives them to come to work on a daily basis.

Learning curve

I am able to work well on my own as well as in a team work, I believe in team work is essential to build a strong organization to became a successful organization I have strong understanding of customer service, I am energetic with positive attitude, meet deadlines while keeping clients happy, I have strong communications skills at all skills, able to handle customer complaints, ability to interact well in a team, I have a personal approach and pleasant with calm personality, attention to detail and general office administration What I love about my Job is that with each client I learn something everyday New terms and I enjoy it I work well with my co-workers as a team I also work a POC

Excellent learning curve

well on a daily bases i talk about 3 to 4 hours before going to my first tea,during tea time me and my co-workers we talk what happened after work,man,general things like whats new at work and whats happening around the country and give each other advice when needed. I've learnt how to work well with other people from different backgrounds, I've grown in a way that im more responsible now with money and in life. What i enjoy most is being with my team mates and seeing that this month your team is number one and the rewords that you get for great work .The most challenging thing i had to deal with was working the long hours, but other than that everything is great
