Great learning curve
Ive learned alot at multichoice, alot about customer relations and how to deal with different personalities. Its been a great experience. MY Day to day activities included reporting in on time , receiving calls about financial /technical issues, assisting customer with issue at hand , reporting to supervisor if necessary. I learned how to be an independent team player , that sometimes you need to go an extra mile for customers
Pros: learning curve
Cons: long hours

Learning the hard way
I work in a very friendly environment where its a social media department, with very polite and yet intelligent colleagues. I've learned independence within the department as we sometimes work from home. The only challenges we face is the escalation which takes time to be resolved and that leads customers irate.
Pros: I moved from the contact centre to Social media department.
Cons: Shifts are tiring most of the time, especially the 3 to 11 shift.

Great learning Curve
Micro management. You learnt to follow company process and SOP document down to the T. I have learnt that managers are also humans that take boardrooms conversations personal and keepp grudges. I enjoyed working with my teams and the company culture overall. The schedule and working hours are most challenging.
Pros: Great corporate culture
Cons: No work/life balance, discrimination is real.

Excellent learning curve
My daily working day will be to assist client who need assistance with their Dstv account whether i technical, billing or just a general query. Relationship wit co-workers is an amazing experience for me because i get to meet different people from different background and culture which allows me to learn more languages. This also learn a lot from each individual as we all have different experiences. Learnt patience is more important when it comes to people in general whether it a client or a co-worker it still means the same in different ways. I enjoy helping clients and i enjoy the environment it always a vibe and competition amount teams and also among individual. Having to deal with an angry client and having to find a way forward to satisfy the client course sometime client doesn't always know what they want.
Pros: great opportunity for incentive
Cons: Shift

Excellent Learning Curve
For the last 5-6 years, I am deeply involved with my administration work to a point where I got appointed a Management role for creating a filing system which was one of my Business Administrator Services NQF4 model activities. I consider myself lucky that I got an opportunity to work at different levels like assisting managers and coming up with ideas that would benefit a company in the long run. My main strength is the ability to maintain a great report within an organization and my attention to detail when it comes to raising purchase orders, on-boarding supplies as well as approving and rejecting supplies on SUS/SAP. My leadership skills had improved tremendously in my current role to a point where I got the opportunity to do Site Visits and working on two amazing systems such as Coupa, Fusion and Metrofile.
Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Team Work
