Excellent

Very good company to work for and believe that salary is reasonable. Have learned great communication skills as we get to interact with different people across South Africa with different languages, I enjoyed how as the stuff we are were treated fairly .

Analytical thinking

I participated a few projects and one of my big deliveries was the Zenzele Interactive Kiosks in 2014/2015, an idea which I sold to my then HOD to have kiosks displays installed with a variety of hardware to assist users with troubleshooting and to learn more about the hardware to better support the customers. I’ve contributed other ideas to help will workflow management, to empower end-users with knowledge and skills and in return improved customer service and enhanced customer experience. I have a passion for improving and organizing things. In everything I do, I always seek find and introduce better and more structured ways to do things and I apply this a lot in my work environment which is something that my team appreciates a lot. My competencies include analytical thinking, negotiation skills and managing stakeholders, I display these through my day to day work

I have learnt how to be patient with people

I assist customers with technical, mobile, billing, extraview &boxoffice queries. We are structured in teams so that it can be easy to manage us.I have learnt to be patient with people &customers. I enjoy when i am given the opportunity to look after various teams it opens me up to how to deal with difficult customers & having to resolve their queries immediately as I have all the necessary tools to do so.The most challenging part of my job is when i have to escalate queries due to system errors instead of resolving them @ first hand.

Great working environment, there's diversity andequal opportunities

Multichoice is a great company, there's alot of diversity and equal opportunities, it's a great working environment. Very challenging and a bums on seat environment. People are very focused and encourage you and willing to help with queries that you can't resolve immediately.I have most definitely learnt that customer service is about listening and understanding the query before jumping to resolve and always putting your customer first at all times. Treat every query differently and make it a priority. Most challenging is the escalation process. ..it takes long and leaves you with a irrate customer

Good learning experience

Working at multichoice is always busy and fun at times. The people I work with are amazing and they male coming to work interesting. Being able to assist customers is key and makes work more productive because at the end the customer is happy.

I am a fast learner and a top performer.

I have been with the company for the past 9 years and i managed to get my RE 5 certificate while i am still with the company and i am currently doing my higher certificate with IMM and i am graduating the following year,i have enjoyed all my time with the company in the last 9 years and fill it is time for change and try new things i will be a pressure to join your company.

Pros: I have been with the company for the past 9 years started as the consultant talking inbound calls and move to different department after 3 years to do dstv mobile and moved again to evaluate calls for the consultant and then i was moved to be a coach whereby i couching the new recruits in the company and then i am know at the insurance department assisting with selling the insurance and approving claims and also dealing with complaints from customers.
Cons: we used to do shifts in the beginning whereby i would work from 3 to 11 and we would work Monday to Monday including all holiday unless you are off on the day .

EXCELLENT LANGUAGE TO THE CLIENT

I am always being my self in the workplace committed my self in my job and i am a reliable man for an emergency issues in the work place . the company must benefit from me as i choose to work the company and i have a good relationship with other people in the workplace and also to respect the workplace
