Great learning experience
I worked at multichoice as customer service representative, my daily work includes, helping customers with billing on their account, technical troubleshooting, and I also stand in as a supervisor, we worked in teams of up to 15 people, the most challenging aspects of the job would be the process of escalation, especially a technical problem which must be sent to different departments, it's frustrating as you can't help the customer immediately.

Ever changing work place
I Day at work would have me handling 60 to 80 calls day with them being of a variety of call types and people. We have a family oriented work place of which makes colleges closer and assist each other were needs be. I have learnt to reason and understand people of different levels of understanding, reasoning and education which is the most challenging part of my work that I do enjoy to the fullest I must say.

How to deal with customers proffessionally guided by Quality Assures
Hi there, Multichoice it is a very good when it comes to working environment. During a day at work it would very busy that one have to assist because of the Que and it is controlled by the system called Q-matic.Qmatic calls different tickets according to customer visit at the service centre,eg technical,Extraview,Payment,Sale.Account Enquire.Hardware Sale of Afriva tickek that deals with africa accounts. The most exciting on these diffeterent tickets it is extraview were you have to connect up to 3 decoders in front of yhe client of multichoice to see what exactly wrong eiathr connecttion at home or the hardware device(decoder).

Allows me to have a healthy relationship with my co-workers each day. I have learnt that I always need to stay possitive through it all , and do my utter best all the time. Change is Good
I am a 32 year old male who likes to work with other people and enjoy challenges that come across to me in the work place. I love sharing knowledge and i m a person who is full of life. I like being shown what to do first before i get thrown to the deep end. I enjoy weekends and I love team building and team outings because we get to know each other more.

Learning environment
I have learn a lot from the testing team as well as from developers. The company practice agile methods and in a team we do scrum ceremonies, it was an eye opener. Testing is done from component level where developer finishes a task then that feature is test in QA environment to make sure it works. Then integration testing is done in Staging environment to make sure the feature work well with other software then deploy to Production like - Canary environment to do your system testing then live we do acceptance testing.
