Greetings to all I Mr Daniel is looking for a vacancy where it's customer service based. I'm very subtle, but competitive, passionate about my craft. Excellent place to work
It was a great place to work at I really enjoyed every moment of it. I learned a lot and everyone was very supportive when one needed assistants and there's a lot of room for growth.

Learnt a lot
It was a great way to get in to the cooparate world and get to understand how different and difficult the cooparate environment is. It also taught me a lot of decipline as thing had to happen in a way that is structured and timeously.

Work experience gain
I worked in a call centre environment, where we worked in teams which I loved because there's always support from other team members and the supervisor. , in that I learnt to be a team player and also be a top performer.We were required to work shifts and on weekends and 42hours per week.

Brilliant opportunity to learn about customer service and team work.
My current position is very challenging and enjoyable. A typical day starts with me planning my day and when my shift starts, execute all of my gals set for the day. This was a challenge when I started working there due to the fact that you would sometimes get irate customers - I have really worked hard at dealing with frustrated customers since I am the voice for Multichoice to make sure that all their customers are a happy after my dealing with them. Most importantly, I am have learned a lot of team qualities and I consider myself a team player.
Pros: Perfect opportunity in my growth.
Cons: Flexi hours have somehow affected some of my days but I seem to now have a grasp on it.

Seeing customers get value for money motivates me so much. Working we talented team pushes me to be the best I can be. I have learn that you create what kind of working environment you want as colleagues. The most challenging about a job is system failure and not getting enough support.

Excellent
I have a learnt a lot at Multichoice.. in terms of customer focus and skills like query solving and also have grown a lot in terms of team work and executing tasks efficiently.. Multichoice is a great company to work for it take care of its employees in every way and they pay good salaries of which it is something we need when we work afterall. I believe I have been of immmece and important character in the Multichoice environment.. I have contributed to in their subscriber growth and also being the driver of cohesion amongst employees for better working environment..
