I have learnt a lot in terms of customer service, how important my job is and how I contribute to the overall company. I get along well with my co workers and we have a good relationship. Challenge and Collaboration
I absolutely love working at Multichoice. At Multichoice, it is always busy, the people are always energised, enthusiastic and professional. We are forever recieving new projects which keeps me stimulated.

Vibrant and innovative, Niche products, Casual culture
Company tends to operate in silos. Change is constant and adapting is compulsory Learning and Development opportunities are vast. Budget restrictions hinders certain growth objectives Company portrays a casual, yet innovative atmosphere Co-workers worked as a close knit team with high morale, however challenges arouse when team merged with marketing department. Well established and deep rooted trade relations Too many strategy meetings which led to overtime in order to catch up on various projects. Integrating the marketing and sales team was a huge positive too in that it meant a united objective had to be met in terms of marketing and sales plans

The best company that i ever work for
working at Multichoice is the best thing that ever happen to me, i enjoy working with people, and i handle pressure very well. Being at this company was a learning curve for me, i know how to deal with difficult customers

Its a great company to work for with regards to business ethics they are the top
Its fine working with colleague that are passionate about what they do as its always rubbing off you and they are always there to pick you up when you down.Our team leader is the greatest in the business as his caring,empathetic,progressive and great listener.

Exposure to something totally different
Work would start at 12 till 9.. We would have 3 breaks and an hour lunch. I would assist with client acc queries. It was a big company but I worked well with my team I learnt patience and not to take everything to heart. dealing with difficult clients would sometimes be challenging

It is a working and playing environment,and also a very good learning curve.
There more the interactions with the customers,there more you learn how to handle different situation.I truly enjoy working as a team and building each other all the way.It has helped me to be an individual that can be able to handle most of the job myself and also to know that i am responsible for outcome of the customer.The challenging aspect of the job might be the low income.
