Good working environment

The company it's a good place to be but the management it's poor agent are forever complaining about the work load while underpaid by the company and having to work as had as you can but only recieve your salary nothing more that e.g incentives or salary increase. As a team with my co-workers we take good care of each other. I have learnt a lot from the company. It's be hard in the beginning but it ended up being so easy to deal with multichoice customers the challenges I had was only the system's that where not functioning well when it's needed most. I enjoyed being with my co-workers and having a lot of activity that used to do on the daily basis.

Pros: Good company for a good start for your career
Cons: Working hours are reasonable

Learning curve

I like to thank you for consideration my application. I am willing to learn more about different business sectors. I currently work at a call centre and I'll learned about technical, billing and general queries. I hope with all the skills I have developed I can make a difference within the company

Excellent learning curve

The work for amazing, innovative and creative media company which is the lar in Africa. The cul has taught me to strive for growth and wealth especially as an individual. The products have made me so knowledgeable, come highly qualified and recommended in the industry.

Excellent

Good company to work for. With lots of opportunities to grow. However the call center department doesn't really give one a chance to explore certain avenues.

Attention to detail

Writing test cases. Reporting new defects. Reviewing fixed bugs. Communication with developers. I am working with a greate that motivates me to learn each and every day.

It was an excellent learning curve

Working at Multichoice was good because I leaned to deal with doggy customers.it was also good to meet different people (coligues)..The good thing about the company was we used to get inserntives when you met the targets,you were also able to have the opportunity to look after the them when the supervisor is not available.The challenging part was theshifts., but all I can say I enjoyed working there
