How I make my work perfect

I am morning person. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that procrastination does not help at all, I work with a good timing manner and I am productive. I enjoy completing my tasks on time. Emergency tasks are the most challenging but I always end up completing them on time

Exposure to customer support procedure

Working as a stock controller is not too challenging but is physically demanding as you have to monitor large numbers of product in a day and ensure they secure and available

It was an excellent learning curve

Working at Multichoice was good because I leaned to deal with doggy customers.it was also good to meet different people (coligues)..The good thing about the company was we used to get inserntives when you met the targets,you were also able to have the opportunity to look after the them when the supervisor is not available.The challenging part was theshifts., but all I can say I enjoyed working there

The staff love what they do

EThe Employees love what they do.. I enjoyed going to work. The leaders do not always act according to the values. There is a lot of nepotism. The days are 24 hour days. There is no work-life balance.

I learnt allot ,how to deal with all types of customer ,got used to flexi shifts ..learned how to work under pressure outside my comfort zone ....learnt allot on technical issues and billing

It is a working and playing environment,and also a very good learning curve.

There more the interactions with the customers,there more you learn how to handle different situation.I truly enjoy working as a team and building each other all the way.It has helped me to be an individual that can be able to handle most of the job myself and also to know that i am responsible for outcome of the customer.The challenging aspect of the job might be the low income.
