BLENDING WELL WITH DIFFERENT CHARECTERS OF INDIVIDUALS AND ALSO CORPORATES BEHAVIOURS.
Working for Nedbank has been great, a great learning curve, and great growth opportunities if you have a manager that values growth and fairness. typical work days are during month ends, as we making sure to close all the deals that were opened during that month. in my Branch Team work is essential that what I enjoy the most about coming to work daily. the most challenging aspect about my current job is rarely. clients will always be clients with their own views I have learn to immune to the negative comments, rather use them as positive critics because at the end of the day am their banker.

Holistic end to end management of the portfolio.
My day is typically engrossed by stakeholder management. On a day to day basis, I deal with creating campaign strategies, leading ideation sessions, directing briefing sessions, allocating and management of budgets and most importantly, team management. My stakeholders have different requests or pain points which I need to find workable campaign solutions and/or strategies for. My role also needs to ensure the acquisition of approvals from Risk and Compliance in order to reduce the risk any communication might bring to the business; ensuring the bank keep its responsibility or promise to treat customers fairly. Over time, I’ve learnt to be patient. I also have acquired the ability to understand people and appreciate the difference in them. I can easily work with people from all walks of life and this happen to be the best part of my role. Ironically working with people can also bring its own challenges due to the levels of understanding, different views and most importantly work ethic.

Sales drive
Doing observation,monotoring most part i like team work environtment and mortivating people, recognition is the best cause once its done the results inceases.
Pros: i was sales consultant for two years but due to my skills,dedication and hard working skills i was promoted to be a Manager in one of Nedbank's kiosk.
Cons: i am working long ling hours as i eotk on sundays.

My Reaction to the work i do!
Challenging, Learn a lot, Besides my work I assist other that need assistance e.g. manager, Head of department, I get along very well with the team and other employees within nedbank. the most challenging task is assisting management as they know very little what we do and we are only 2 that work the processes to be done on a daily basis within this department. Like I said we are basically 2 working this particular process so we basically learn a lot from each other.
Pros: Doing the work and learning other work and processes.
Cons: Not being able to work overtime.

I started here as a Teller, grown up to a Enquiries Consultant position then now I am working as a Sales Consultant, so I am dealing with queries, Opening an accounts, Transfers, Finance for Home loan, Finance for Vehicle, Personal loans finance, attending incoming and outgoing calls, Data capture, giving advice, to make sure that I capture the right information first time, I do balance daily on my stock and balance Cash daily If I worked as a teller, and I am flexible, able to work under pressure, overtimes not a problem •I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss my qualifications, I believe my trainings has given me the skills to make valuable contribution in your company,

My challenge
working at my company is very challenging which I like everyday you learn something new. we have recently moved over to the SAP system its been a learning curve some days good some days bad. as they say change is good. my company has been good to me im just up for a new challenge. ive been at my company for about 7 years now. my manager speaks highly of me im here to do my job and to do it as best I can.
