Working as a sales consultant is challenging as U have monthly and yearly targets but Nedbank makes it easy for me by providing me with the resources and tools that enables me to reach my targets months to months targets and I get satisfaction from this job when I solve people's needs by selling the right product to them and see my clients smiling because of me.

Pros: This job is not only providing me an excellent opportunity but also the possibility to make a difference due to my qualifications. As an credit controller, I visualize that this position is made for me. It has the challenge that will keep me agile. It is the type of job I would like to go to every morning.

Learning curve
there is a great learning curve, career growth and I am learning more than expected. the work environment and colleagues are great. I learnt a lot about communicating and interacting with clients, building a relationship with people I work with and clients. It can be challenging to deal with clients that are already irate and frustrated because of the service they got from other people however it helps and teach you to be able to work under pressure.

Personal Growth and Development
I enjoy engaging with stakeholders. I pride myself on my deliverables. I have worked on various Projects, IT , Oil exploration, Building . I managed Projects Financially analyzing their Forecast, benefit analysis, Business partnering, Sponsor engagement and Impairments. I have compiled policy documents for Organizations yo use for the treatment on Project Costs. I have worked on cutting edge technology within both Global and local environments. I obtained Global MBA from one of the world's reknowned institutions.

My Journey
Working at Nedbank has brought me a lot of Skills and self-esteem. I have a strong relationship with colleagues and we are a team. I have learnt to interact well with Clients and I enjoy helping clients with enquiries. The most challenging aspects of the job is when a client complains about the service/product and you have no idea of how to fix the product matter.
Pros: You gain a lot of experience coz you are not on one field.
Cons: After one worked for long hours, he will be given a day off or knock off early.

I am currently employed as Legal Consultant at Motor Finance Corporation a Division of Nedbank Limited. I am very good with MS office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook/internet. I have an extremely good knowledge of the civil litigation legal process. I have knowledge of the following Legislations: CPA (Consumer Protection Act), NCA (National Credit Act), FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act), FIAS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act), AML-CFT (Anti-Money Laundering Combating the Financing of Terrorism), POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) POCA (Prevention of Organised Crime Act).Issue Summons proceed with service of summons and the execution of the warrant.Ensures Lodging of judgement has been correctly followed all relevant annexures are attached. Investigate provisions on the client’s pleadings

Client and work experiences
Working with a customers is very challenge and at the same time very educating because you learn patience and learn how to deal with different types of people with their behaviours. I have learnt how to deal with difficult users by just providing them with what they want and discussing behaviours after the work has been done, I have learnt to listen and take time before responding and to think and understand what the user really wants then do as they want. I enjoy users that are not difficult and not always want favours but follow the procedure as that make it easy when the need for favour comes. What challenges me is when a user does not understand troubleshooting procedures and when you explain they just want to escalate. I have a very strong and funny team members, very helpful and will never leave you to drawn. Some days are very calm and work just flow easily and some days you just need a barocca. But above all we learn each day and one needs to keep positive. ICAN attitude.
