Excellent learning curve

The company has a lot of things they hope to achieve over a short period of time with only a few people know the full picture. The rest of us are just following orders, doing projects that seem never to materialise to anything. Sometimes we even work on long projects that use time and money, only for the completed project to be scrapped and thrown out.

Pros: The salary was good.
Cons: Quite a racist background which is still very obvious and out there against black people, especially young black females.

Excellent learning curve and a very good team leader

Highly motivated and energetic hard working individual ,also very punctual and always willing to learn.good at copying working under pressure,I interact very well with my co-workers,I've learned to respect my colleagues and be understanding in the working environment.i enjoy having fun and listening to people's problems and solve them where I can.

I have gained extensive insight on marketing and performance modeling / scenarios

Throughout my career, i have had the opportunity to grow and develop new skills inline with consumer eccentric insights and data based outcomes. I have grown my network both internally and externally, showcasing my ability to lead. I was fortunate in being selected to attend a Nedbank Duke course in leadership, which has sharpened my leadership skills and has tough me great life lessons. I really enjoy working with teams in different areas as well as agencies, to achieve objectives / targets..The most challenging part of my job, is to spread myself across 15 products, which at times makes it difficult to give a specific product the attention it needs. I enjoy learning new innovative trends and seeing how to apply them to my work. I love challenging agencies and partners, to get the best solutions for the job to be done.

The banking sector is very hectic a typical day would be busy especially within retail customer service. We work well as a team for the business with a very comparative environment. Retail sector gives experience of customer care and precise due diligence Customer care is central to my values

Excellent Learning experience, great networking opportunitites.

Every day is busy, meetings, workshops, managing stakeholders, elicit requirements, manage risk, solving problems, lively and filled with excitement. People are mostly professional and hard working. Most teams are high performing and all which aim to add to the success of Nedbank.
