Excellent learning curve
I am skilled professional with the ability to develop functional/ value added relationships with key stakeholders in any business engagement. I have the ability to communicate (written and verbally) effectively with senior executives as well as peers. I have strong organisational skills and I am dedicated to tasks on-hand and pay particular attention to detail. I have the ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and to interact at executive level. I am constantly eager to learn different domains.

Learning Curve
Working at Nedbank has been a great experience for me, I worked at Nedbank previously from 2011, I then left for a better opportunity in Johannesburg. Upon returning to Nedbank, my position changed and I started working with very high end clients. I deal with about 40 - 50 clients a day, assist with all their banking issues. I am able to provide excellent service as I am fully aware of all our banking processes and systems. I walk into work with a very positive attitude as I need to assist my clients with the best of my ability. I am able to smile and go ahead with my day, my colleagues all know me as the one to brighten up the day, always turning a negative into a positive. We all work very closely together and are always able to lend a helping hand if needed. I have learnt how to work with people very well being at Nedbank, I do get some difficult clients which is one of my biggest challenges as I always need to remain very calm and treat clients with the empathy that they need.

Want to go into the the field of study
The most part of my job is around customer service. I interact with clients, which gives me the opportunity to form relationships. Though Digital enticement has become my daily bread, being the first point of contact as one visits our branch also means that I'm the info desk. Anything you wish to know whether it be, which direction to go for your transaction to what documentation is required for your particular transaction, complains, complements, i'm the person. I enjoy working in a team to achieve a certain goal.

Good place to start and get experience
The company is fast paced and gives great opportunity to access whether you are good in a high pressure situationsmpany one can also learn more about financial industry and be given a chance to learn about selling and meeting SLA. since it is a big corporation, one gets the sense of how the whole business is run with one goal in mind

Throughout my career, i have had the opportunity to grow and develop new skills inline with consumer eccentric insights and data based outcomes. I have grown my network both internally and externally, showcasing my ability to lead. I was fortunate in being selected to attend a Nedbank Duke course in leadership, which has sharpened my leadership skills and has tough me great life lessons. I really enjoy working with teams in different areas as well as agencies, to achieve objectives / targets..The most challenging part of my job, is to spread myself across 15 products, which at times makes it difficult to give a specific product the attention it needs. I enjoy learning new innovative trends and seeing how to apply them to my work. I love challenging agencies and partners, to get the best solutions for the job to be done.

Great company to work for spend many ears with the m but I need to move on with my career
Daily stand up Meetings, Facilitate Daily defect meeting with several Teams. Work closely with the BA's with regards to Requirement clarity. Work closely with the Project Managers in order to ensure all is updated and reports are sent as required with the required information. Work closely with the dev team in order to investigate defects or to ensure requirements are met etc.
Pros: Had the opportunity to grow as a Test Manager and gained allot of experience
Cons: Not denhout access is allowed to explore my Technical abilities

Excellent learning experience
of a new scam on FB. They will screenshot your profile photo or another photo from your FB account and open a 2nd account. Then they'll invite all your friends and borrow money using this 2nd account with your photo already on it. Not only that, they may make a post that may put you in jail. So I would like to inform my family, relatives and friends... if ever someone will invite/add you in my second account or new account with same name... PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT because it's not me. I have no plans to create a new account. P.S. : Copy-paste. Please don't accept (another) friend request from me fvery

Great company to work As a passionate, determined, goal – driven and dynamic person, I continually try to inspire others to achieve optimal results. I have gained invaluable experience at various levels and believe that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. Best Learning Curve
The culture is great ,people respect each other . The relationships amongst employees is healthy with its own normal challenges that every relationship can come across. They encourage a healthy home and work balance. There's also opportunities to study. What I enjoyed most is the flexible hours and the flexibility to work from home. The challenges encounter was unrealistic demands from certain senior individuals. I've learnt to embrace my colleagues, their cultures and working styles.
