Gained lots if experience
I learnt how to deal with clients in a regular basis. That every client is different. My co workers were always helpful when I had a challenging call. I was highly motivated everyday to put a smile on my clients face. The call centre is the best place to work speaking to different people everyday.
Pros: always keeping clients in the loop keeps a cluent happy

A place to start your working career.. then look elsewhere for further growth and opportunities. Not everyone gets recognised equally, so it is in your best interest to take your career into your own hands. Overall a nice place to work.

Pros: The opportunity for promotion and studies was always available. A vast amount of different divisions to move in and around . Upgrading of technology constant. Process and Procedural Culture instills many values into the Staff.

Not much growth
I have excelled in all the fields and there is no growth. The company does not allow us to move as they always bring unskilled people into the business instead of letting us the experienced people do the next role.

Excellent corporate experience
Enjoyed the corporate working environment. Like working on a computer and having deadlines. Was good having a team to work with as we worked together to reach our daily and weekly including monthly targets. The working hours and lunch hours was perfect and everything was perfect. There was no bad experience except disappointment that my contract ended and did not get renewed. This is because robotics took over..
