Work At Nedbank
Good morning Good day , each morning we conduct meetings to prepare our strategy of the day . We set ourselves targets of how many sales we need to achieve and do a debrief at the end of the day as staff we have time to play hard and work hard and always want to have good and respectful relationship amongst each other . What I've learnt is working as a team and being able to work on my own and to always ask if you're not sure of something. What I enjoy the most is when we reach our targets , we get to be compensated with breakfast or Lunch just for recognition purposes.Most challenging part of my job is when a client is need of service and you find the relevant department is closed. So we always promise and deliver to clients that we'll get back to them.

Innovation and changes
Target are high and 18 product line To reach each month.and elearning courses are encouraged and changes in the company is established and accomplished,team player is encouraged and meeting the deadlines.

Excellent design and learning
hustling to hust more knowlegement and more information. Working on high paice and more effortt. Always learnign something new and fighting for winning. Always need to get some where from no where.

Is to be able to assure the company that the branches are compliant or not complying.
Working for Nedbank was excellent.Especislly when we were doing assurance monitoring to the branchesWe ensured that the branches are complying with the banks regulations.zi enjoyed going out meeting new people and learning the knee ways of work.The most challenging aspecgofthejob was when theres a tight deadljnethatneed to beachoevedwithin a short space of time.

Very good experience
I am currently a letsema learner. Therefore it is just a stipend. It is a wonderful experience and great exposure to the banking sector. I also get to interact alot which was something I was not used to.

Move from technical work to Process Management
I Basically work in the team of Automation and scheduling in the mainframe environment. All the approved changes are tested and validated to be deployed as per the change logged. I working in a release management team as System Scheduler II. I have a great relationship with co-workers and I have learnt that Education and Certification are just paper work it all comes to implementation and execution. But Execution is nothing without knowledge and wisdom through Education and experience. I enjoy doing what I am good at. What can be challenging in my working area is refusal of developers to execute as you have advised.
Pros: no career path to grow into management role
Cons: moving from legacy to the latest trends.

Excellent
Working in Nedbank hasn’t been easy but we strive for a better tomorrow to make things happen. The though times are my favorite because we learn and come out stronger then before. Sleepless nights with difficult queries are like bread and peanut butter my favorite and colleagues are there to build not break even though we have our ups and downs we still managed to smile at the end of the day.

A new experience everyday
It's amazing to work where, we get to Interact with different types of people everyday, it's a great experience, i love the fact that you get to treat Each call as a new call, it's like you just got to work and starting off, a client's have expectations and they get met individually. Kind regards

interesting and autocratic working environment. old school way of thinking and laden in beuracracy and process.
