Excellent learning curve
On a normal day, i get to the office get a cup of coffee and sit at my desk. Once my system is up and running i check for any emails that needs to be attended to and respond effectively. During lunch time i sit with my colleagues and chat about work and how we can empower each other in various departments and how we can make work a better place to work. I enjoy the fact that i work well with my colleagues and. Im a team player. I have learned alot on my job, the aspects of the administration role and how to conduct myself every where i go and the management of working under pressure. The most challenging part is having to deal with difficult clients but come through for them at the end of the day. I love my job.

Learning opportunity
It was a well excellent working experience with the team and learning different cultures. Working together and that taught me that we are family not just a team. The challenges was not that much because when work we used to come together as a team, there will be challenges that I would encounter with clients if we don't provide the proper level of service that they expected from the team. What I have learnt is everyday when you wakeup and work with client you need to listen to them and put your self into their shoes every time when you assist them so that you can be able to provide an excellent service.

Excellent
My current loan as a Personal Consultant is to go to companies and look for opportunities, phoning clients for appointments. Working as a team to spot opportunities with my enquiries buddy team. What I have learnt is that people out there have dreams that they want to persue with minimum salaries, borrowing large sum from the banks helps them to persue those dreams. What makes me happy or enjoy my current role is knowing that I have helped someone to achieve those dreams. Covid 19 is the most challanging factor that we're facing with people have lost jobs have to take salary cuts and tomorrow is not guaranteed that they will have a job most clients are quite sceptical to enter into new debt contracts.

Fast Learner . Process Driven. Analytical. Attention to detail. Honest ,trustworthy, reliable and will go the extra mile . Extremely hard working .Willing to put in extra hours to achieve level of customer service that is required . Not afraid of challenges. And always delivers on any promises made .

Team player, good communication skills. Learned to deal with people at all levels.
As an employee who interact with clients on a daily basis, it feels good to educate my clients and make them sticky tonmy company for more services. I do this by simply giving an excellent service to my clients, while adding value to my employer.
