I learn so many things at pick n pay more special when solving problems,how you treat customers.
I like to work wit a group as we are the team players because i like to share some ideas with my team.it was nice to work at pick n pay because we use to leason on each other and respect each.at pick n pay i was use to work 8hours per day.
Pros: I got the promotion of punctuality

No challenge
I need a job that challenges me everyday of my life not a routine job that requires me to do one thing again and again everyday of my life, administration jobs are my kind of jobs that I have passion for

I would like to apply for this potion because i think i can grow.
Am creditors supervisor, I manage 5 clerks and we are paying Pick and Pay supplier My job is to do the following: Manage all matters relating to the Finance Shared Services creditors department including staff Ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained when paying accounts Check completeness and accuracy of payments and creditors reconciliations Review vendor ageing and reconciliation of vendor balances to supplier statements and ensure outstanding reconciling items are cleared Post manual invoices/credit memo’s prepared by the creditor’s clerk Ensure that the correct authorizing official has signed off the document and that the correct GL account and cost Center are used Liaising with and handling queries from suppliers by liaising with the LIV department amongst others Investigate and follow up on queries I like to help the suppliers that is the most thing I enjoy in the company The most challenging is to manage people that is challenging part.

Working to make ends meet
Working in the property department on administrative things, ive learnt that no one will spoon feed you but you need to create work for yourself . I enjoyed mostly working with people from different backgrounds. The challenging aspects of the job was creating work and overseeing day to day tasks.

Wonderful
It is the good company, it gives people the opportunity to grow and it has been the nice company you work for. The company gives its employees to help go to school and study further and give them the chances to be management, it has scholarships. It has has done lot of things for the employees. I'm greatful to work for Pick n Pay. But i need to start fresh and earn more money so i can reach my dreams.

Excellent
I am currently working for the best retailor in the fmcg industry. Working with a store team that goes an extra mile in ensuring that the job gets done. I have the best working relationship with my team. I am new in this industry as i previously worked in the fashion industry, everything was new to me and challenging as well.
Pros: Career path that is tracked.

I learnt how to work with people at this company. We have good communicating skills with colugue .
O I always laugh with my . It is a good company with good people who know how to communicate with other peoplecolleagues. We work for atleast 2hours on cleaning the floor. We arrive at the work at 8oclock and go back home on 4oclock

A Hot Mess
A typical day at my company would consist of order planning and analysis. My relationship with my co-workers could be thought of as walking on eggshells. You never know when you'll get a smile or when you will be shouted at. It's a hostile environment. I have learnt how busy the world of supply chain, FMCG and retail is, and to what ends people would go to get stock in stores. I enjoy ordering for stores, although it can be quite challenging to satisfy both the needs of your customers and your boss at the same time.

Good learning curve
-When we all work together to make our customers happy - We have a good relationship we get along nice we respect each other - I learn that if you are loyal to your customers they will be loyal to you - The people I work work with we come from different places and home but when we together we like a family - It's when we are working as a group and there's one or two people who doesn't to b a team player that makes our job challenging
