Excellent learning curve
Typical day at work, work 6-8 hours on your feet the whole day. Have a lot of laughs meeting new people everyone is unique in their own way. I have learned alot from the managers good and bad. How people change according to different situations. Every manager make their own rules on there shift.
Pros: If you put your mind to it you can grow very fast

I was a float office lady handeling bulk money, switchboard operator ,
I am a very honest and hard working person. I've worked under preasure and it never got me down. I've worked with bulk money every day ordering and making change for cashier and still managing the switchboard.
Pros: I loved going to work everyday because we were like a family at work. Ive learned as co-workers u need to respect one another. The most challenging was for me to balance at the end of a very busy day.
Cons: That I was a casual for 10 years.

I learnt how to work with people at this company. We have good communicating skills with colugue .
O I always laugh with my . It is a good company with good people who know how to communicate with other peoplecolleagues. We work for atleast 2hours on cleaning the floor. We arrive at the work at 8oclock and go back home on 4oclock

Great oppotunity to grow
I am hard working person, I learn very fast and I take pride in my work. I have three years warehouse experience at my previous company and currently working at pick n Pay distribution Centre. With my experience and diligence I am positive I will add value to your company should I be given a chance.

Hardworking ;enjoy work in a team and fast learner
Its good to work in PNP even through the jobs is challenging and it graves us opportunities to apply for diferent positions ;it teaches you to respect ;accommodate people with different attires.I have learned to accommodation pressure and have understanding with my shifts mostly it came me experience in different departments.

Normal working conditions
The job is not hard, I do the same thing everyday, no risk taking or trying new things and most of the decisions for change are made at the head office. We work long hours and our rate per hour is not good. I have learned a lot from watching managers work or delegations, by now I know a lot of things by asking how things are done, example receiving and recording received stock. I don't enjoy nothing in this job because I know it dumbs me down and I have a mind for growth, challenges, taking risks, learning new things, leading, team buildings and achieving.
