Since working for Pick n Pay I've grown and seen what my strength's and weakness are , it's nice to have your co- workers become an additional family member to you and being able to find what I'm good. Being able to earn trust among my co-workers.

Good
Its been a good experience to work for that gives employees to grow within the compan. Giving someone to get a chance of appreciate.working with different people makes an individual to be more inspiring by giving them good words on their daily working basics. Doesn't matter the race of the person but this company believe that everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves

More and more experience
As a cashier at pick n pay I've learned so many things such as,dealing with different characters of customers eg rude customers,friendly customers and customers who come to buy and go without creating any drama.most of my colleagus are older and have long service and lot of experience,working with them is more exciting cause they always there to guide.working as a cashier I've learned to always be positive and treat customers with respect in order to stay long in the campany

Learning opportunity
Working at the tills is the I pictured I would work after 3 years in varsity but I would be not tell the truth if I said I learned nothing from it. I have learnt may things from the few months if been in the till about the working environment and the people in it ( customers and fallow employees ), i have learned how to communicate with people better, how to interact with fallow employee and working under pressure

Excellent
There's o lot of pressure where they say first come first safe it hard you must wake up at 4am so that you can be the first one but when we are working I enjoy every minutes of it people who are there they are good one when you don't understand they do help or show you how to do it

Gaining experience
I was working at pick n pay protea north for 3 years ,I learn about good customer service,and HOA to communicate with customersand HOA to handle a difficult customers ,I was enjoy to work as a cashier because I always smile with the customer ,I know how to work fast and how to work under pressure

Dynamic organisation
Leroy Merlin is a great company that embraces diversity in different cultures. The work life balance exists which works for. However opportunities for growth are a bit limited otherwise contrary to that, Leroy Merlin is a wonderful organisation to work for.

Good learning environment
Its a normal working environment where u meet different people each day.learning to work with others as well as providing excellent customer service.There are qualities needed to do so which are qualities i learned while working there which are humidity,respect and patience.The variety of smiling faces i see every day makes my day.The challenges are there like when its month end,more work while other customers are calm and others are furious and in a hurry.That is when you need to use those qualities and keep on smiling.

Good leaning experience
Pick n pay is a company that changes daily and a fast paste enviroment that waits for no one.There is always so much to do the work never stops but as a manager it is your duties to uphold and maintain your department making sure you keep to hygiene standards,POS,product is fresh and available for purchase.Also deligating work to staff is very important cause as a manager it take the heavy load off your shoulders giving you more time to focus on admin.
