Dealing with customers is very difficult but with the determination and the love i have for people i managed ti survive through out all these years. I have learned that loosing one customer is like loosing one million rand. I have also learned that we spend more hours at work than with our families so we need to feel at home at all times. The relationship i have with my co workers is very pure. I treat them equaly and i understand that they will never be the same as they all frim different cultures as their supervisor i have to learn each and every if them. Mostly i enjoy talking to customers and solving their queries thats makes them happy two.
Pros: Promotions.1hr lunch. Short courses they offer
Cons: Long working hours. Shortage of cashiers

I was a float office lady handeling bulk money, switchboard operator ,
I am a very honest and hard working person. I've worked under preasure and it never got me down. I've worked with bulk money every day ordering and making change for cashier and still managing the switchboard.
Pros: I loved going to work everyday because we were like a family at work. Ive learned as co-workers u need to respect one another. The most challenging was for me to balance at the end of a very busy day.
Cons: That I was a casual for 10 years.

Not good
Ok grocer Soshanguve where I've worked there was sometimes unpleasant working conditions because they will hire on daily basis. SMOST of the staff will only work a month and not come back because of 1200 monthly payments

I was a good employee who take care of the customer, saving customers with all my duties as I can, be patient in customer always, I was always accept their concern, I have learnt to work with other people and respect them, I was work 8 hours per sometime work under pre

Long hours
i was working with customers, packing the warehouse onto the shelfs. the best and missed is to laugh with customers and staff. the best was i had once a month a weekend off and spend time with my own family. ill always choose work first and family second

A good and strict implement of business ethics.Objectives of profitability and stock management must be maintained at all levels within warehousing and operations methodology.Real decision making must be done in real controls of constant changes in operations.

Working for 45 hours per week
A wonderful retail store to work for , to gather an experience in managing day to day task ,challenges and job. The managers are very open and friendly to work with only if you are willingly to explore and they are very aspiring an I am always willing to learn more on to day to day operation of the store as the whole. An as for my other colleague they are friendly and co-operatives at all times. I have leant to work with different customers on daily issues we come across and treat them with respect and care while learning their culture and language. I enjoy most when working in teams and finding the solution; and when doing the task I never done before though it becomes difficult but I enjoy most. when receiving the product at the time you have to knock off and have to wait and when receiving the heavy quantity is the most challenging aspect of the job.

Fast learner
Working at pick n pay its like working with customers,to make customer find what their are looking for,as like packing it neat and nice at the storeroom so that if its not available at the shop..to be easier to get it at the storeroom were i work..its what i enjoy the most,and i learned a lot about the job and also knowing the stork,for example which stork is selling..
