Excellent learning curve

I liked working at pick n pay without it I would have never gained experience and at pick n pay we were and still are family we care for each other if someone passed on we go to the family and support them.the most challenging thing is when the store doesn't bring the batch number that I need to send to LIV CLERK Supervisors

Great Experience Overall

ThIt was great working for Pick n Pay. They have the greatest learning culture. You get fully trained for each job or department you need to manage. My relationship with my co-workers was great, I enjoyed the continuous learning and promotion incentives. The most challenging aspect of the job is to survive the extremely long hours if you are a senior manager in a store.

Good communication

I'm a person people I enjoying with people I had a good relationship with my co-workers What I have learn is that working with people it's challenging but easily when you always friendly to them .

I would like to work with you.im honest and im patients

I worked for pick n pay for 7 years as a cashier I reigned on August being raped on my way back from work. So now I want something change in my life ....i can clean,i can also pack.....i have two kids but they are staying with my mom at polokwane..I have a good relationship with my manager...I have learned how to treat customers

Pros: this will be a geart opportunity if I get this job..
Cons: I dont mind working hours because I used to it even weekend its my things

Good at skills development

Work place politics and having to be flexible doing any job required, the co workers are fun to be around and make it easier to handle pressure of the work load but the managers and supervisor's are always behind your back expecting and asking for increased work production

Good

It's a very good company to work for because we grow within the company.relationship with my co workers is great we work well?communication is excellent.i have been working in the company for6 years now.what I have learnt is that your hard work pays off.most challenging part is when we have to take leaves during summer holidays it becomes difficult as the industry gets busy.

Learned all I know @ a pick n Pay

I have leaned to deal with different people and suppliers , deal with customer support and queries on a daily basis. Currently I deal with suppliers directly, request invoices from the suppliers, handle their queries, process invoices & do filing.

Pros: Challenging environment
Cons: Minimum growth

Hard worker and willing to learn

I can do anything at anytime, I learn and I need a chance . I have been working from 1 organization, company and place to place . I am looking for a permanent work to settle in and grow within it
