Is best leaning place

Hi to work at pick n pay it a good opportunity ever before that you can get because you get promoted if you show your self that you are hard work ever A pick n pay company is a best company couse there a lot you can learn . The relationship with pick n pay stuff is nice because we are working together there is argument that we make in a working area but we find the way to resolve it at the end of the day. The most thing that I have enjoy at pick n pay is when we have a Christmas party. The most challenging thing at my department is that I have to work on time and everything must be in a counter on time.

Chaotic,unstrategic & disorganised

Chaotic,unstrategic & disorganised All manual processes. No clear direction. Poor management & leadership skills. A typical work day consists of you doing the same manual process all day. Constant operational problems result in more manual work being put on your plate. Inexperienced managers who lack decision making skills or strategic long-term thinking are constantly implementing temporary, counter-productive solutions. A toxic company culture results in constant disrespectful treatment where educated professionals are treated like they are there to be used and abused.

Competent to any given task and yet efficiently

Duties: Doing of Gap Scan, Check Stock availability, Change of Signage, Price Change, Reduce To Clear the Stock that will soon go off, Posting Stock Take, Recount

Very hard worker

i am a very haed workig person and take full responsibilities of my deprtment, i can work long hours including sundays and public holidays. i focas all my energy on doing my job and making sure that the profit comes in and the waste will be controlled incuding the shrink

Excellent learning curve

Everyday in retail is challenging. Working in as team and building good relationships with customers. Always try and promote let customers no your product. I have learned how to deal with difficult customers and how to please them.

Good place to be at. Good colleagues and bosses

I need a job that have weekends off I wish they understand that weekends sometimes needs to be spent with family. I was not happy with the way they were treating me. Yes I was very happy with my position but they took advantage of me loving my job by adding more over time with no pay.

All pick n pay employees are well trained and are also disciplined.

To work for pick n pay is a great honor and a great opportunity for promotion,I have learnt to respect others and to be on time and how to communicate with people including managing staff and supplies.i enjoy working with people and the most challenging part about my job is I must always be vigilant and observant in everything I do and I must lead by example.

I am a hard worker and also communities well

I am person who easy to make other people to be my friends also easy for to understand others situations .I am a person who can work under all conditions and situation. I am so very patiently ,confidence, who have enthusiastic and I also motivate others and encourage them to face all problem as I can do.

Loading an offloading stock

I have learn i lot that why now am hard work who willing to see that future of the business better an able to help when u are not able to see what happening on the business so i have ablity to work with other people better
