Good place to start working
well after working in retail for more than 15years I've moved around many departments and stores were I had the opportunity to meet many different and exciting people over the years I've also help develop and trained co workers to grow themselves as I did .I move and worked in many stores over the years and learned alot the most challenging aspect of the pick n pay and retail in general is the long hours

Duties: Doing of Gap Scan, Check Stock availability, Change of Signage, Price Change, Reduce To Clear the Stock that will soon go off, Posting Stock Take, Recount

Learned all I know @ a pick n Pay
I have leaned to deal with different people and suppliers , deal with customer support and queries on a daily basis. Currently I deal with suppliers directly, request invoices from the suppliers, handle their queries, process invoices & do filing.
Pros: Challenging environment

Hardworking ;enjoy work in a team and fast learner
Its good to work in PNP even through the jobs is challenging and it graves us opportunities to apply for diferent positions ;it teaches you to respect ;accommodate people with different attires.I have learned to accommodation pressure and have understanding with my shifts mostly it came me experience in different departments.

Long hours
i was working with customers, packing the warehouse onto the shelfs. the best and missed is to laugh with customers and staff. the best was i had once a month a weekend off and spend time with my own family. ill always choose work first and family second

Excellent
the company is good and its up to standard i terms of safety and security staff and management are working with togethernessand respect each other they meet the target that we suposed to meet like if we rushing KPI we meet tha requirement and even on the invetory counting the counters they do extremley well if they counting stock for pick n pay we working as a team with a strong spirity and working together .
