Working and supervising staff that understands me and not always complaining when are delegated to perform some duties and having good relationship with them and my superriors,knowing what is required from me to perform my duties and also acknowledged of my input by the management.

I have learnt a lot on how to treat a customer in good manners and have lot of patience for them
I work at the cold department everyday of which is not good becouse of its after couse and we work less hours,we knock off later at 20#00,there are lot of opportunities and you must first reach 10 years with the company for you to get promoted, in terms of a relationship with my core workers it's been good so far becouse im the open chart person

I learnt how to work with people at this company. We have good communicating skills with colugue .
O I always laugh with my . It is a good company with good people who know how to communicate with other peoplecolleagues. We work for atleast 2hours on cleaning the floor. We arrive at the work at 8oclock and go back home on 4oclock

Routine work
routine work and frustrating relationships with co workers.There is no room for growth and nothing that challenges me within the work environment. Hard work and sacrifice is never rewarded, never mind acknowledged

Excellent review skills
At the company i use the computer when i do tne signage for the prices. I know how to comminicate with mi colligue ..I learn how to tread people n most of all i learn how to work under pressure..I enjoy to work with people to see how they think ..Tne most chalenging thing is when i face a difficult cutomers..
Pros: Im always in time at work, Iam hard worker ..the managers and staff where not working together then i try mi best to buil team work between us.I gain the trust from the customer becouse they leave the shop happy when they need something i try my best to help them to find what they need ..the fridge at ghe shop where not in good shape i pack the stock n clean the fridge ..and most of all we are in good commication

Chaotic,unstrategic & disorganised
Chaotic,unstrategic & disorganised All manual processes. No clear direction. Poor management & leadership skills. A typical work day consists of you doing the same manual process all day. Constant operational problems result in more manual work being put on your plate. Inexperienced managers who lack decision making skills or strategic long-term thinking are constantly implementing temporary, counter-productive solutions. A toxic company culture results in constant disrespectful treatment where educated professionals are treated like they are there to be used and abused.

Good place to be at. Good colleagues and bosses
I need a job that have weekends off I wish they understand that weekends sometimes needs to be spent with family. I was not happy with the way they were treating me. Yes I was very happy with my position but they took advantage of me loving my job by adding more over time with no pay.
