Will never wish to work there no more
As I was working at Pick n Pay warehouse, it's a place that I wish I haven't worked there no more, I've been working at Pick n Pay warehouse for 4years, without benefits and rights. Pick n Pay management has no respect for their general workers,.

Many years in retail.
Very punctual, and hard working. Get along with all fellow staff members and very honest. I can work long hours and do go the extra mile when neccesart. Given a chance i will prove my worth to the company.

I learn so many things at pick n pay more special when solving problems,how you treat customers.
I like to work wit a group as we are the team players because i like to share some ideas with my team.it was nice to work at pick n pay because we use to leason on each other and respect each.at pick n pay i was use to work 8hours per day.
Pros: I got the promotion of punctuality

A training ground to gain more experience
It is a busy work place . It has a culture of charging workers if one makes an error.Thursday is the busiest day ever . I like working at the place because it makes me busy always.

Cons: The issue of working more than 8 hours per day is a routine and some of the hours worked are not paid.

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
My duty is to help customers to get exactly what they looking for and make sure that it is in a good quality(not damaged) before payment , customer satisfaction give an interest to the company because definitely the customer might come back for something else due to service she/he got in our industry
Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)

Excellent communication in English

Great experience
It was fine to work at pick and pay clothing. I had a good relationship with my co workers even put of work. It made work very easy working with people you have a good relationship with. The most challenging was not being able to see family during December holidays as it was busy by that time. I have learnt patience and how to deal with different characters on a daily basis.

Fast pace
Higley competitive, fast pace and reactions are very much needed to be able to get thought your daily tasks. It a place where you really get pushed to the best of your abilities thus also finding yourself in the process.

You get to learn communication everyday.
Currently I work at Pick n Pay King Williams Town as a Debtor’s Clerk in a management position where I am accountable of leading a team of six (6) and carrying out a wide range of commercial processes. During the course of my career, I have gained a specialist’s understanding of financial instruments and accounting soft ware and also been effective in explaining complex information in a comprehensible manner.
