It is fine for me to survive but I am looking for a higher wage

Tha company that I am currently working for is great, but I feel like it's time for me to grow, interns of using my driving skill and get a challenging job. I am at the stage whereby I need a better salary.

Managment skills, customer service, conflict management, time management

I'm a team leader who is working hard to assure that target's are met. Working in the retail sector for more than 10 years. Managing stores and staff on all levels of the business. Trying and development of staff. HR and admin skills was also part of my duties. Hard worker and result driven.

Great learning experience, opportunity to lead

I was given an opportunity to grow within the company , but not enough time to spend with the family which I believe it's the most important as we need to be involved in our children growth. I am very greatful for the opportunities and growth I received within the company.

Pros: growth opportunities.
Cons: driving long distance, long hours, working on holidays, sometimes doing double shifts which is day and night,

I enjoy working with a team and as an individual.I have good time management

I enjoy working with my staff on a day to day basis. Challenges occur but I always make sure i strive to my full potential to achieve the daily tasks. I learnt so much in the operation of a warehouse furthring my knowledge of logistics

Excellent learning curve

as woman you still need to work 10 times more just to prove your worth, great environment, people are kind and respectful most of the times, working with with people of different races and culture has been a great learning curve for me and will always appreciate the opportunity the only challenge is not being able to balance work and private life as the hours are too long

Working at pick n pay taught me a lot. I am their product and equipped with lot's of experience.

I have been working at pick n pay since my first position I grew to where I was in the same environment . I have acquired lots of experience and knowledge on how things run in the workplace. Customer service is one of the most important things I learned and is very crucial. It is not always easy to manage people some are difficult but it was also one of my leaning scripts. When we worked so hard and reached the turnover it was the most important and happiest day of my life. The store manager I was working with always gave me an opportunity to initiate new plans sent by head office. They most difficult thing I had to do was to discipline and let go of the most loyal and hard working employee because of a mistake he committed.

Pros: I started as data capturer to assistant manager
Cons: Working from 6am to 7pm

Change is good

My review based on the company is that building a good relationship with your fellow colleagues is the key to results to good production. I don't have an ideal work environment as I'm easy to adapt.I have learned to be humble and respectful to everyone who's surrounding me,could be a Customer/coworkers and have patience all the time.my most challenging aspect of the job is when someone woke up on the left side of the bed and taking out all the frustrations on me, making me feel incompetent about my job

Pros: Great opportunity to promotion, I like change and leaving the comfort zone

I got the opertunaty to do SAP certifed Admin coures while working for PnP

I Believe in getting a Job done Correctly, Efficiently and to the Best of my Ability I enjoy Challenges and Feel that I can Cope well Under Pressure. Common-sense and Ability to learn New Skill quickly and to Work as Part of a Team Or as an Stand Alone. I am willing to take on any Challenges’ and Think Out of the Box to Get Problems Resolved in an Effective and Efficient Way. To Improve my Skills and to Strive for More!

Experienced

I have worked for the above mentioned company for seven years and nothing has changed and i need to explore my experience to where is needed. Sometimes i feel like i have over stayed at the above mentioned company, you go extra mile but the is no recognition from the executives. So i don't want to feel i am being used and if a good offer come my way i will grab it with open arms

Pros: no promotions
Cons: six ours per day
