I am a 26 year old ambitious female who is prepared to achieve the desired goals of the job description. I am a hard worker and fast learner, self motivated, goal oriented individual who is always looking for a challenge to enhance my skills and knowledge, I like to interact with other people I am a people's person and I adapt easily to different kinds of environments,I have good communication skills, telephone skills, I am able to work different kinds of shifts and under pressure. I am able to speak fluent English, Sesotho, Sepedi, Zulu, and Xhosa

Challenging learning curve but worth it
Working at Pick n Pay has taught me to be able to work well with customers and to be also patient in everything that happens,. I faced so many challenges along the way at work but those things have made me much stronger than I am today. It has been hasn't been easy to be treated unfairly but what's important is how you respond to every treatment, but at the end I enjoy interacting with people.

Personal growth and experience
-Working at this company is great mostly when it comes to it being the biggest contact centre in Durban. there is growth as there is a stepup programme, this programme deals with employees who have more than six month experience in the company this enables you to apply for any senior position available, however there are tests,training and interviews that one goes through in order to be the right candidate for the job. -A typical work day is everyday doing the same thing over and over again is exhausting, as i love to challenge myself do different things and see where my strength lies -What i've learnt is to communicate effeciently with our clients and customers from overseas, i can also say my computer skills have developed -My relationship with co-workers is great as i get along with everyone, we learn and teach each other new things everyday. Work related or personal, but we in it to grow and develop into better case managers and individuals.
Pros: there is a step up programme which one can apply for when u have been with the company for 6 months upwards, great attendance and have encountered no warnings in the time you have been in the company.
Cons: the hours are too much when you earn that much, 10 hours for 4000 is not reasonable at all

Experienced
I have worked for the above mentioned company for seven years and nothing has changed and i need to explore my experience to where is needed. Sometimes i feel like i have over stayed at the above mentioned company, you go extra mile but the is no recognition from the executives. So i don't want to feel i am being used and if a good offer come my way i will grab it with open arms

Its not good in terms of salary,though skill development act is applied at work ..For me i worked in all department at work & that was the best gift i got

Excellent learning
I have learne how to work as an in individual as a team and to be able to handle pressure my co-workers are always willing to help when needed. The most challenging aspects is when dealing with the most difficult tasks but working as a team we always delivered excellent work.

o-workers. I enjoy the attitude the people gives its just so warm and welcoming... i love this place. I think its time for me to look for somethinh else now. I am unhappy sometimes at work but i keep smiling. I need to find another job because we all have dreams and goals we want to reach in life...The best thing about this Job is the working hours. They keep me busy most of the day. I cant complain much about the hours. The challenging part of this job is the workload. Its way too much and sometimes too hard to keep your head.. the pressure is too much...
