Hard work
Pick n pay is a great company to work at but most of the people is not happy due to being treated unfairly and hours has been cut and to top it up we get bad treatment

Challenging learning curve but worth it
Working at Pick n Pay has taught me to be able to work well with customers and to be also patient in everything that happens,. I faced so many challenges along the way at work but those things have made me much stronger than I am today. It has been hasn't been easy to be treated unfairly but what's important is how you respond to every treatment, but at the end I enjoy interacting with people.

Challenging enviroment
at pick n pay I have learned to deal with customers as well as different suppliers. this has helped me grow as a person and as woman in the corporate environment. handling queries or helping with different decisions has granted me the privilege of being strong and responsible. working with a large group of people has thought me to work as a team and a self starter.

Excellent communication skills
Working in a very busy environment each an everyday,but always be in a happy place because I work with peopls employees working as so work with I love that we halping each other and is such an happy environment to be.i have learnt that in a work place yoiu have to respect your colleague S no matter at what age difference5 so that everything is gona be good no conflict9 ...I enjoy that we are very free from one another and you feel free around your management to say what What you like or not lole

How to be assistant manager
i have learned many things like do cash up, how to address a complain how to cool down a customer that have a complain. the most things that i remember most are the days when they have trained me to receive stock and how to do inventory.

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
My duty is to help customers to get exactly what they looking for and make sure that it is in a good quality(not damaged) before payment , customer satisfaction give an interest to the company because definitely the customer might come back for something else due to service she/he got in our industry
Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)

Best retail company lots of skills gain best employees and employer to serve under poisibilities for growth are limitless best working enviroment .fair labour practise rules are adhere to,salaries are market related
