A typical day, would start of by giving all the ladies hugs and greeting the entire team, Checking emails and task list to ensure I am updated then it’s refreshing daily reports and looking for any abnormalities. If there are any, I make commentary and follow up on the reasons that could cause the problems. Our team is a dynamic team mixed with both young and old, relationships varies from person to person. The best part about my job is dealing with complex problems that help business make better decisions The biggest thing I’ve earned from personal point is to be more patient and be able to listen carefully to understand rather than just to respond. The most challenging part of the Job is where you have to deal with senior stakeholders that put unreasonable pressure on staff members so they can get results but meeting their expectations is also very rewarding

I'm suitable applicant for this post because I've got a relevant experience and I'm still young, energetic and always keep time. I'm a hard worker I always meet target and go beyond, I'm team player I can be a very good asset to help a team to raise a bar. I can be grateful to be one of the applicants that will be interviewed.

An interesting option which is to be investigated further is to implement
An interesting option which is to be investigated further is to implement ‘voice over data’ modems. This mode would allow the use of a single telephone line for both speech and a ‘RIPDRAW session’ simultaneously (i.e. low-cost multimedia at home). Requires modems with the same capability connected to the central server
Pros: the company in general has good intentions for its employees
Cons: The management are not treating employees well and they are always protected by HR

Excellent, very interactive with stakeholder and relationship building
- Very interactive day where I meet withbthe stakeholders, team and management - Meet with different stakeholder( vendor , facilitators, Developers, business etc) Monitor , support and maintance application, servers level aggrement and escalation. - Facilitate JAD , workshop, walkthrough presentation - Analysis , information gathering, problem solving - Documentation , reporting , escalation and follow through issues

Experience held
At the time of my resignation I was a business manager for 5 years at Standard bank, I have started from the bottom as a teller and therefore I am vast in the industry. I ran the most profitable portfolio in the country in my segment.I am driven , focused , and can work well under pressure. I am willing to work myself up again as a business manager , however I would appreciate a business manager position if available.I am passionate about good customer service and uphold highest standard of integrity.

I hereby applying for this position as i am moving from strengths to strengths.I am a credit evaluation manager at standard bank.having 20 years experience at standard bank, i approve , decline or rework SME applications. I was a credit risk manager before with subordinates reporting to me. I am now seconded at the Genesis 6 months project where i do research by collecting data, analyse data, and come with a solution to improve customer service, this is called customer experience department.I sometimes make branch visit to observe service, phone customer to interview them, act as relationship manager by submitting SME application, also act as credit evaluation manager as this ia the lab where we do research.

Poor
At this moment my challenge is to be permanent of which with been working here since last year September but no promise at all. My relationship with my coworkers is very good since I came here. I have learned that working with different people its a good experience at this moment cause you learn different things everyday.

I work with clients to enhance their customer experience according to their needs
He work environment is well, great learning experience it's a job where u have new challenges hat make it interesting as I'm always learning. I have a good relationship with my team as we work together to get the job done, I enjoy having a new task with each client learning something new, challenging aspects are dealing with customers irate situations but I've learnt how to manage n please the customer according to expectations
