Excellent learning experience,having to work for such a big banking company
I have the best manager and supervisor. I have learnt to work with different types of people,we had a good working relationship and work well as a team. What I enjoy most is that we got opportunities to upskill what other departments do and learn more about the bank,although learning lots of skills can be challenging because it's s o something new but it was great.

My daily routene
- I analyse the clients financials , submit credit applications , liaise with business clients daily to ensure that their financial needs are met . I also identify leads for new business and ensure that the risk from the banks side is minimised through drawing up different securities / collateral .
Pros: - You learn the skill of managing and engaging with clients , sales skills and how to manage a relationship with a portfolio of clients .
Cons: - There are minimal opportunities for growth .

Standardbank
Very busy environment. We serve at least 28 countries across africa and the United Kingdom. Its is a huge learning curve and very diverse. The culture and atmosphere in the bank is great. I enjoy working with the people.

An interesting option which is to be investigated further is to implement
An interesting option which is to be investigated further is to implement ‘voice over data’ modems. This mode would allow the use of a single telephone line for both speech and a ‘RIPDRAW session’ simultaneously (i.e. low-cost multimedia at home). Requires modems with the same capability connected to the central server
Pros: the company in general has good intentions for its employees
Cons: The management are not treating employees well and they are always protected by HR
