Opportunity to develop myself and others
My duties Includes: driving sale, developing and couching of management , ensuring company process and procedures are in place and stores adhere to. Running promotion store without advertised stock. Taking poor manger into PIPP. Balancing of stock through out my regions. Analysing finger tip, P&L and stock and sales. Ensuring stock plan carefully staff as per business need to avoid overtime. No show and unapprove hours. Ensure all store drive new account and financial services. Assisting store with lay out changes seasonal. I love to interact with people everyday. My company value its staff,

Excellent work experience
Being Financial Services Specialist has taught me to understand customers need and want. What i like about the job is meetings with new people everyday. And i sometimes workon the floor as i have experience and the willingness of learning new things. I work extended to my job description.

Coach..
Will enjoyed working in this company cause I felt valued and was given the opportunity to study and excel in my life. I was given the chance to tran ,motivate and coach staff to improve in their careers. This was a great opportunity for me to know that I am making a difference in some ones life. The team I had was a fantastic team as we worked together irrespective of job title. We were one team ststriving to accomplish one goal . We wanted a successful store.and to achieve this we all had to work together. Yes we did ho through some difficult times but supported one another.

Passionate in Customer service, achieving all business strategies and profit.
I an currently unemployed since from October 2019, where i was working as a Store Manager within Edcon at an Edgar's store and various store for 10 years in Management. I have worked and grown much in retail and dealing with customers which has become my passion in my previous company. Team work, mentoring and coaching is my key driver to my colleges and love to get staff understand the business performance and strategies to towards as a team. Challenging aspect in my experience was loss control but with constant focus, team involvement, proper control over high risk has been always a good help in curbing it.

It is good to work as a manager aspecially if you have a positive relationship with your team, all understanding the goal an the strategy, it is good company to work for but unfortunately it's closing down some of its stores

Interacting with different people from race down to character
Edcon is really a good company. It cares about its own employees and the pay is not bad I cannot really complain plus we working flexible hours. I work 108 hours a month that makes 14 days for R2888. I have learned a lot from them. The challenges I face is when I have serve my customers and work on the promotion. I find it so hard to deal with but I get through that. I have learned to multitask. I give my customers customers a good service they walk out of the store happy and satisfied. I interact with different people with different moods and I manage all that and I am so happy.
Pros: It all depends on what you do as an employer. You can get promoted in a year. I have learned to work under pressure and I enjoy what I'm doing. my wardrobe at home looks stunning. I can fold my clothes nicely now. The challenges I have is when there is a promotion coming. me having to serve the customer

Responsibilities: Participate in Agile sprint planning sessions. Participate in backlog grooming sessions. Performs test analysis. Design test cases Execute functional tests on web and mobile platforms. Report on test progress (Daily Standups) Reporting and tracking defects using Jira (Defect Management) Retesting defects and performing regression tests. Participate in Sprint Retrospective.

Good company
We had a room for growth within the company. Team work and multitasking on a daily basis. Team work played a big role to achieve daily task. The staff will carry out the daily task as a team. The challenging aspect was festive holidays , working in Menlyn mall, the closing hours were abnormal during festive sesson. I learned that to work as a team is very vital in retail. Where the store achieve daily target it was refreshing.
