Good interpersonal skills
Day in an day out of working with customers that enjoys you assisting them is something I am looking forward to when I go to work every day. I am an individual who has good interpersonal skills and easy to interact with, I've learned a lot and countless from my work and colleagues. The most challenging but exciting part was when I have to organize events to boost our sales, luckily I always pull through.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent company to work for gained a lot of experince and challenges one just need growth and explore new challenges. Been a superviour for years with my company. Having a great relationship with my colleagues at a retalis store theres customers challenges on a daily bases but unfornately its about them being happy. What i enjoy most at work is learning a new thing i like new challenges so its exciting to learn everyday. The most challenging aspect about my job is working through the weekend and public holidays.

Excellent
I love my job. Customer service is the best thing I'm good at and making sales it's my best ever. .I hv been with the company for 4 years now. Previous company worked for 5years at a permanent position as BEAUTY ADVISOR. Previous same company for 4 years as a casual(TFG COMPANY)

Its was nice but nt now
Its was nice bt now we only work 4 hours a day 1day off a week, I suppose to work 108 a month, so i'm working for transport, its very bad cz I can't even support at home

Great company
Edcon is a fantastic company to work for.growth and development opportunities are always available. With my time i have spent with the company i have seen challenges and opportunities but the learnership has been world class.education and upskillng is also very important to edcon as they look to groom own managers and also retain them. Company incentive are also great but with current restructure a lot of change took place and vacancies have been reduced leaving a lot wondering what will happen next. There is still room for improvement for the HR as they are not 100% with equipping employees with info and resources.
Pros: Huge company with lots of opportunities
Cons: Uncertainty with a lot of restructuring and retrenchment. HR not as broad therefore causing a delay.

Diploma
Good communicator in verbal and non verbal. Able to work individual and as a team. Fast learner and good memoriser. Can able to work under pressure and time management. Good in typing, Excel, Microsoft office and words. Keep customer first and make them to feel at home too.
