I enjoy interaction with customers, assisting them with their shopping any solving problems arising, the family unit we' be created is amazing, my team and I work very well together. The hours that I work per month are not enough thus limiting the salary that I earn (72 hours per month). My responsibilities are too much and a stipend can not sustain me and my family. I don't feel challenged enough so I need a challenge, growth and development.

Excellent learning and development environment

I am a Divisional Customer Insights Manager for 5 Divisions within the Edcon Group (Rewards, Cellular, Contact Centre, E-commerce and Financial Service), with over 20 years of experience in various portfolios in retail management. Friendly environment to engage with different characters

Working at the retail requires a lot of passion and persistence and work work as well and finally tolerance to understand different types of people. The work can not being complete without any help from your co worker so team work places a major role and from my experience my co worker heavy been awesome and helpful to make the job done.Yo be a good retail associate you need to be a good listener and have a good communication skills and willingness to help. Excellent work experience

Being Financial Services Specialist has taught me to understand customers need and want. What i like about the job is meetings with new people everyday. And i sometimes workon the floor as i have experience and the willingness of learning new things. I work extended to my job description.

Best at customer care

It's the best place to learn about how you deal with customers everyday .In this work work space younger dealing with customers face to face everyday so remember body language says a lot to the customer .

Fast and easy learner with loyalty and time keeping

No easy learning person, I enjoy working with other people and I respect them , I put my work first , what I like about the me the most is that I don’t forgot where I come from which makes me take each every opportunity with both hands the most challlenging aspect is when I fail to make my work acrcoding time given

My work day

We work 2-3 people in a standard sized shop . I work 2 peoples jobs I mainly did it for the experience I've learnt all I could . I have a great relationship with co-workers . We work as one . My relationship with customers is first name bases so they come in and feel welcome . A happy customer means I'm doing my job right and for that I'm proud .I go thrugh challenges everyday customer and work related and I'm possitive I will make it through everyday I don't feel that I'm being paid my worth so I need to open my options for change and better opportunities.

Pros: its a great envornment experiences building
Cons: not advancing in work place working more then supposed to to little people in workplace
