Monitor the businesses performance -Assisting with regular range building and presentations -Proficient knowledge on operating systems -Pulling out samples for good and bad performances for Monday trading Meetings -Management of PP samples and Bulk Production samples -Management/ Loading of promos and regular updates with store ops -Generating of purchasing orders -Regular store visits and comp shop expeditions -Identifying stock turns from reports in order to take necessary action to assist with the sales. -Retrieving data for post seasonal and reviews
Pros: - Currently handling 3 Brands in the Department worth R 300mil� collectively.
Cons: underpaid but handling 3 portfolios on my own, i have been acting as a buyer for 7 months with no pay

Good learning curve
The is a bit rac|, best opportunity are given to certain people according to theirs skin color not according to their work or a academics t. I have been there for more than 5 years but i am still a part timer that only works 108 hors and only earning 3000.

Excellent learning curve
Im a peoples person and get along well with my peers. Retail is detail and its all about getting the job right the 1st time. Timing is everything. Getti g the right product at the right time to the right customer. I have 10 years marketing experience and 4 years visual manager experience. Customer service is of high priority at my company and being a leader you have to act as one amd always be of leadership material.

Excellent way to learn to develop management skills
Company has too many reporting manager they come and change all the time and sometimes they confused us by not being a team and they always chop and change things in a short space of time

Assist customer.
working in retail is not easy because we deal with different personalities some customers can be very rude. but we tryand understand and make sure they leave our store happy.
