Stagnant for 3 years
Working for Eskom is a constant struggle. Nothing gets done. Management doesn't have any direction and corruption is the order of the day. Very few people take ownership of their work.

Working for power genaration is a great challenge expecial meeting performance targets
Working at Eskom under maintenance is challenging daily however I learn a lot from those challenges. As a leader I have to lead by example in every aspect of my work and to ensure effective communication to avoid conflict amongst my co-workers. I am always thrilled when my department meet performance targets and contribute positively towards the organization goal.

To create change to the company being new development and reducing stolen electricity. Educate people how to save electricity, and empower the company to make more money so that you can not be broke that are importing services of development to the company . I will try to locate those place not having electricity saw the company will before profit if they will pay and I will make sure that the company running properly and produce quality electrician and aitian that are more thing need to me added to the company and I will make sure every one the have safety precortoin
