Eskom, a global giant gave me opportunity and growth
On a daily basis wisdom and peace follow me to work where times in our once great organisation is tough. Its challenging to get decisions made quickly, get approvals, get sign off on project deliverables and still meet our client and stakeholder expectations. Luckily i have a very supportive team in my department. What i have learned over the last few years at Megawatt Park is how important communication and being a servant leader is. Be involved in project activities. It means more to people in this day and age then we think.

Best industry for learning.
Eskom distribution provides the best learning materials to its students and a good working environment to its employees. While I was doing my inservise with eskom I was given good opportunity to learn and explore my skill. Colleges were good and treated me with respect and love. The project deadlines taught me time management and I enjoyed working in teams.

Exellect
To create change to the company being new development and reducing stolen electricity. Educate people how to save electricity, and empower the company to make more money so that you can not be broke that are importing services of development to the company . I will try to locate those place not having electricity saw the company will before profit if they will pay and I will make sure that the company running properly and produce quality electrician and aitian that are more thing need to me added to the company and I will make sure every one the have safety precortoin

Good communication skill
Able to work as a team Fucused and test every electrical equipment I touch Have a good relationship with my collegue. I can multitask good at fault finding,wire ways, running motors AC DC,soldering, welding,filling

Great learning opportunity
Co-workers were great and seniors were opened to answer questions from trainees and other department s. Work load would get very intense on night shift's, it was very challenging and yet exciting.

Good working environment tolerable working rules
I have completed my Grade 12, 3 Year Information Technology and computer science Certificate, Computer hardware and Software certificate with 3 year Experience. I am hard-worker who will make most of any opportunity given to me individually as well as a team, good interpersonal skills, able to prioritize and multi task, high learning ability, good communication skills and computer literate. I can cooperate fully with the other employees, deal fairly, professionally and equally with other employees irrespective of gender, race, and ethical. I am a person who is well mannered, who will never disclose any of sensitive, confidential, secret, information for personal gain or disclose information that will harm or destroy the image of the Department. I strive to achieve the objectives of my institution cost effectively and in the public’s interest. I am ready, available and willing to get the job done beyond and above my normal duties/tasks allocated.

Great place to learn and develop.
Love the place, learnibg new things. Opportunities presents themselves daily. Growth not proportional to contribution, so you have to choose what's more important. Great benefits for a young professional.

Great skill developmental sector
I am currently serving as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Eskom transmission in the Northern Grid, where I have already acquired a great deal of knowledge, I have been involved in various projects some of which includes the commissioning of the Matimba 400kV Bus Zone, commissioning of the New Matimba to Witkop 400kV feeder and commissioning of the Medupi 400kV Generator Transformer 1, 2 and 3. I was also previously employed at Muteo Consulting for my In-service training (P1&P2), where my key duties was to assist Engineers with various projects some of which included designing, construction and supervision of Low Voltage(LV) and Medium Voltage(MV) line rectification and electrical designs and supervision for commercial buildings. The nature of my qualification and training I have acquired has prepared me for this position, I am well-disciplined, self-motivated and I strive for perfection in every task I perform.

Great working exposure and experience
My experience working as a designer is interesting as i encounter different challenges from project to project. My work environment requires one to think out the box due to merging correct technical abilities with minimal costing and priority. My work division has shaped me into an individual who can work in any work force, be it in a group or alone. I have developed great working ethos by working for a my division. I have space to grow and hence willing to explore elsewhere.

Eskom course
I am a qualified Electrician, I'm competent in writing and practical in all the courses at Eskom. I really enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I am team player and I give 100 percent in every task I'm given. The experience I gained at Eskom will help me to overcome any challenges that I might come across with at any company.
