I have engaged myself in many business activist in my childhood and university period. It has also been a great pleasure to follow my dreams although it wasn't easy. I am a passionate and big dreamer kind of a person. I love doing what I do and assist other to also learn and grow while I grow. I love working in a teams and groups of individuals who have passion to see thing done properly and efficiently.

Helped Eskom acquire ISO14001
I'm a calm and friendly person,able to adapt to new environment.I can work well under pressure and enjoy interacting with people.I'm able to relocate nationally or internationally if the need arises.I can speak a bit of French which was self taught.

Excellent and working independently with no supervision
Hi There! My experience extend from nuclear to fossil power stations. Have a great great experience in Air Quality Control Systems and designing/lmplementing C&I systems. Have been part of multiple descipline team and are a team player. Having moved from nuclear to fossils gives you a clear indication that I am flexible. Acting project coordinator
I am an acting project coordinator for Eskom,special project department,vegetation projects. I have a good and healthy relationship with all my colleagues from different departments. I have learned humanity,integrity,innovation,customer satisfaction and working safe at all times. Plenty of room to learn and explore in different fields. Presenting projects to funding committees.

They are a good company to work for, the benefits are great, and you get to learn so much in that environment where you will never get that experience in many other jobs.
Pros: Get paid on time, great benefits, 2 bonuses a year

My daily activities includes assiting customers and making sure that they have electricity. I work both individually and in a team environment to reachnour daily targets

Great Professional Expereience
My day a work begins as working a team, where we need to talk about the day ahead and feedback on all work in progress. Working as a team in the field of managing fleet required thorough vehicles management which includes ensuring that contracts are in place to meet delivery requirements, receive new vehicles, check for defects, process invoices for payment, create orders to the suppliers to fit ancillaries as requires by our customers, do thorough inspection to ensure ancillaries are fitted as stipulated on contracts, issue new vehicles to customers, conduct assets verification on a six month basis and ensuring the correct policies, procedures and processes are followed and are in lines with the audit requirements.

Excellent learning curve
Working for eskom made me realise my streangth and weaknesses because I was cappable of working. In a team and alone as a employees of eskom if ur hard working and determined you can grow n develop into other positions

Work culture with an impact
_ engineering based company with alot ofdifferent engineering problems to solve _ the company allows me to work with different people in the company and the company business partners _ my work and my role is my department is clearly defined A typical work day is exciting, i get to assist different power stations to solve their engineering problems _ most of my coworkers are my customers i have a great relationship with them. Now and then we have a difference of opnion and conflict managment and compromise sometimes is the answer
Pros: The company has a lot of potential and its an engineering baised Company
Cons: They is no room for growth and the perfomance of the employees within the company belongs to the public and the individual perfomance and management.
