It was an excellent company to work for, it really gave me life skills I will use forever
They are a good company to work for, the benefits are great, and you get to learn so much in that environment where you will never get that experience in many other jobs.
Pros: Get paid on time, great benefits, 2 bonuses a year
Cons: Work in a risky job, work all hours of the nigh in dangerous areas

I have done my inservice training and it was a very great experience
It has been a great opportunity to train at one of the company I've always wanted when I was still studying and what I have learned is that on work environment is totally different from theory I did at varsity. Safety is very crucial and team work is very important therefore the sense of communication is needed at any space. Time management and being an eye opener and open minded to learn cause everyday was a different thing to capture.

. However what my resume may not show is my ability to provide motivational and inspirational leadership to supervisors and key staff, thereby helping them to develop themselves and their departments further. My experience to date has equipped me with a multitude of relevant skills in not only Logistic platforms, but also in running core areas of any operational setup.

Excellent learning principles
My typical day is one filled with a lot of learning experiences and skills from my fellow co-workers, dealing with a lot of lot of paperwork and queries that requires my attention to details and accuracy. I have a very good working relationship with my fellow co-workers as we all learn from each other and assist each other carrying out all our daily duties. what I have learned is to have good communication skills and to always be accurate in my work as there is lot of pressure that one endures on a daily basis, how to deal with conflicting situations and how if possible to resolve them. I enjoy doing my tasks and duties and ensuring that I complete them on record time wit no discrepancies from my superior. the most challenging aspect of my job is the ever so changing methods one has to use with out computer systems to carry out daily duties as it sometimes hinders the level of accuracy on has to have in carrying out their duties and the time management thereof.

Electrical Intern Diploma Engineer
I have Electrical Qualification and experience with Eskom of 3 years. I started as a trainee under Electrical department earning R8000.00 then after a year completed my National diploma then I became an intern to the same department. As an intern was expected to do work and to deliver as required where I had to responsible for certain systems and my salary increased to 18220.50 and take home was 15820.00. I have gained alot of experience and I can manage my work, working under pressure, decision making and so many skills has been developed through my training and responsibilities I have been given. I'm a calm and friendly person,able to adapt to new environment.I can work well under pressure and enjoy interacting with people.I'm able to relocate nationally or internationally if the need arises.I can speak a bit of French which was self taught.

Undeniably awesome journey
I have had an enjoyable decade within Eskom, and the support i have received is something i wish i could take it with wherever i may go. I have made life-long friends. I have seen myself growing both professionally and on a personal level to become the person i am today. Thus, leaving would not be easy but i am on a continuous journey for greatness. When i leave i will certainly take with me the attitude, resilience, and most importantly the respect and patience i have had towards all the stakeholders i.e end-users, finance, Health and Safety, Quality, suppliers etc. Some of the challenges including end-users unrealistic demands due to lack of proper planning helped me thoroughly understand the procedure, which in turn protected the company from possible exploitation. I am ready to start my new journey. Please open your door for me, and let me stain you with my professionalism.
