It was great to be there nothing to complain about Snr Technicians teach and guided me so well now i can be able to take responsibility if I get the chance even to how to respect your work which is very important everything was great.

Excellent learning curve
The nature of work is interesting as I get to apply what I have learnt at varsity on projects and investigations I get.The projects gives me an opportunity to do a bit of research, study documents(standards) , interact with experienced employees(ask questions) and conduct some modeling and investigations prior concluding on the feasible solution. This is a great learning opportunity that develops not just my knowledge but leaderships skills and teamwork as well. What I like the most is that everyone is striving for growth and excellence which inspires me to be the best. The most challenging aspects of the job is having to rely on other departments(or requiring external information form other sources) in order to proceed with the project as it usually delays the project due to external employees having other issues to attend to.

Excellent leaning experiences
Its good company but the only thing they must change those who dont know their story.. the HR must employe people based to thier qualifications not family wise..stipend for trainees must be the same like government companies any way eskom is a good company to be.

Good communication skill
Good at tracing fault,wire ways running motors AC DC,able to read drawings and testing Good communication skill I can work as a team I have a good relationship with my collegue Take my job seriously every time when am done with task I test it to confirm supply My biggest fear is to make oparating error

On a daily basis I will be interacting from employees from he executives to the guys on the ground. I amble to interact across all levels of management. It provides me with a vast experience from people management, production , deadlines, legislation and regulations and compliance. I really enjoy developing people and bringing out the best in their capabilities as they grow within various roles.

It has been a fantastic learning period with ESkom
I am a very mature emotionally intelligent, balanced young man with an iron willed self-discipline, focused and driven work ethic. I can easily communicate and I have good report with my peers and lectures alike. I possess good communication skills both verbal and written. I am an enthusiastic individual with a natural inquisitive scientific approach who is currently busy with P2 .I completed my theory with an average of 3 distinctions over the duration of my studies. I am looking for a graduate program to kick-start this exciting journey. My career goal is to gain a role which allows me to further my knowledge and skills as well as gain some needed practical training .I enjoy being mentally challenged and solving problems.

Good learning curve to work for a private sector of such a huge company in our Country.
Friendly environment Strict on safety at Eskom Koeberg Excellent relationship with my co-workers That you should always be focus if you enter the plant. Everyday you learn new things of Eskom i enjoy is the respect the company have for its people and environment
