we work long hour but that is just to learn more about the plant and at least ones a week we do presentations as to what we have learnt and how we solve critical issues, and also discuss our challenges we face in the plant.

Experience gained at RCL FOODS
I bring to any job a strong work ethic and desire to succeed, a willingness to cooperate with others, and a need to produce quality work. I owe RCL FOODS and Eskom a lifetime gratitude for everyone I was working with was, kind loyal and educational, from management down to utility personnel. They made me enjoy everyday of my life.

Interfarces between multi companies on kusile power station
Multifunctions and multitasking on the project as it is a mager project, kusile is situated in the border of Gauteng province in side Mpumalanga 800 Megawards per boiler it is a huge learning experince to some of us who seek to learn and empower ourselfs and other from it inparticular SA citizens Im doing lots of meeting and interfaces between boiler construction companies and other areas of the units
Pros: working for eskom was or is a good learning experience for me and to share it with other as i became lesson learned champion on my department

I WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN ON HOW TO MANAGE CO-WORKERS
I WORK WITH GROUP OF PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT CULTURES. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS IS GOOD WE INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER. EVERY MORNING BEFORE WE START WITH WORK WE HAVE 15 MINUTES WORK TEAM SESSION WHERE WE REFLECT ON THE PRIVIOUS DAY AND CHECK ANY OUTSTANDING WORK. WHAT I LIKE MOST IS WHEN I SEE SOMEONE I HAVE GROOMED GET PROMOTED. WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS KEEP ON IMPROVING THE TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE AND KEEP SAFETY AS A PRIORITY. I ENJOY MOST WHEN I OVERCOME THE CHALLENGES I KEPT ON ENCOUNTERING. THE MOST CHALLENGE ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS HOE TO MANAGE OVERTIME, MY CO-WORKERS WORK AFTER HOURS AND DURING WEEKS FOR UNPLANNED WORK.
Pros: I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MYSELF ONE DAY GETTING PROMOTED.

I have done my inservice training and it was a very great experience
It has been a great opportunity to train at one of the company I've always wanted when I was still studying and what I have learned is that on work environment is totally different from theory I did at varsity. Safety is very crucial and team work is very important therefore the sense of communication is needed at any space. Time management and being an eye opener and open minded to learn cause everyday was a different thing to capture.

The company exposede to tye operating enviroment.
Im working 8 hour shifts, 3 shift cycle. On a normal day, i do inspection on my plant and do monitoring and checking for deffects, when theres an emergency, i do most of the operation. I mostly enjoy seeing my plant running smooth, but i also enjoy the challanges ot brings during emergency because it develops my skills, because i learn new ways to tackle defderent problems.

Read and do practical
Work long hours. Make somebody aware of incoming danger and help. Motivator in any situation. Handle different types of candidates with different behaviour. Problem solver. Seek help or more information when am stucked.
