It was very good especially during month end .It was also nice to work with my co workers they are so kind .I learnt a lot in this company especially clarity system i even enjoyed the part that i work face to face with the customers and that i worked on computer only ...the challenging part is when is when the customer is angry and i have to do all i can to calm the customer down .

Amazing work experience
Working for Multichoice gave me an opportunity to interact with different people. From the dynamic the that I was working with to customers that work in to the service centre. My day at work was never the same , I could walk in put my bag down and assist with an irate customer for 2 hours. Working with a team of 11 people made more compationate and understanding to people's needs. When we won team of the year in 2018 made me confident that I'm on the right track.

Great learning curve
Its a great company to work for.However i have been temping for more than 3 years without any benefits,i want a company i can grow with and dedicate my life to.It has been a great learning curve but i need something stable that i can grow into.It has been a fruitfull journey except to temp for more than 3 years . greatly appreciate the learning curve that was provided.

I focus on learning technologies relevant to my role
I am a Data Analyst with just under 10 years of experience in the Business Intelligence (BI) field. Some of the industries I have worked in include: video entertainment (pay TV), telecommunications, mining, municipalities and banking. My skills as a Data Analyst include a good understanding of data relationships residing in relational data warehouse, data typing, extract-transform-load processes, the important need for data quality, and the requirements for data governance within large corporate organisations. I also have BI requirements analysis skills, engaging and managing stakeholders, and the ability to document business and functional requirements for input into the development cycle. My qualities include a good work ethic, reliability, customer focus, to learning new technologies, go beyond call of duty, consistently provide innovative solutions with a practical approach in delivering quick win solutions and major projects.

Very good environment to find out more of what i really wanna do in IT.
Its a regular day job as basically its a repetition every day. We have a very good co-work relation with all the team mates. I have learnt a whole lot of technical issues that users face with regards to their computers and most importantly i have learned that is is not what i want to do for the rest of my professional life. I mostly enjoy the feeling of having relieved users off their technical issues that hinders their daily work. The challenge is having to deal with different kinds of people as they come with very different approaches The most challenging would be all the new issues that users face as i would not know each technical issue that a machine would pose. And that is both a challenge and a learning opportunity

Good learning curve
My role involved dealing with different software vendors (External and internal) for the middleware, drivers and application. In this role I evaluated and recommended integration solutions and strategies. I also maintained repositories for the different software components and version control source code using GIT.

Customer service training
Working in a call center is very fun and challenging because u meet different kinds of people everyday telephonical,some are rude,some are happy, but as an agent u have to be always polite and energetic so that you give the best customer service ever on every call u take or make. I have learned that a call center agent is de image of the company before you can even get to the CEO.

Good exposure
Working at this company is good in terms of being disciplined with regards to time management, following rules and regulations. I assist clients on a daily basis with any related customer query. My relationship with co-workers is great inactive, assist and socially good. I'm learning to think for the customer, to interactive more with people, how to adapt to new changes, systems and how companies work. The most challenging aspect is when a client comes through having difficulties with accessing a show on their smart tv, it's challenging because I need to imagine what the customer is seeing on their end and it becomes for challenging when the customer dos the opposite of what instruct them to do.
Pros: Great opportunity for digital customer care
Cons: changing shifts, this week can be night the next day. Quite strains for my health
