Excellent Work Culture
The day in the office is a live high pressure environment, where we have to ensure that all Human resource and other resources are fully operation to meet customer satisfaction. The people are filled with life and always looking forward to assisting customer and going the extra mile. human to human approach is the main lesson I have come to learn.

Fast learner and good communicator
We work flexible hours, there's is no micro management, good salary but they keep temp workers for over years without converting to permanent position. The culture is good, there's good communication and training is also provides to upskill employees

With the number of years im the industry of Customer care. I've learnt that you need to always be agile in the manner you handle issues you come across. To be solution driven to always do your best to give the best service. To also learn and share with once colleagues to improve each other. To be part of the growth and successes of the organization.

Learning the hard way
I work in a very friendly environment where its a social media department, with very polite and yet intelligent colleagues. I've learned independence within the department as we sometimes work from home. The only challenges we face is the escalation which takes time to be resolved and that leads customers irate.
Pros: I moved from the contact centre to Social media department.
Cons: Shifts are tiring most of the time, especially the 3 to 11 shift.

Was great but need to venture out.
I have amazing co-workers a typical day at work would involve assisting customers with any DSTV queries they have as well as account queries. I have learnt a lot from this job considering it ia my first job. I enjoyed getting great reviews from customers. The most challenging thing getting coaching for 0% rated calls.
