It was a grate place to work at .and the culture of the workplace was amazing forward all .I really don't like how mangerment do things sometimes but it has always been the best thing to work nedbank in my life I have grown as an individual and learned alot from my jo.

start with a coffee, then do daily data extraction check, do a round with managers to see if they need anything,check emails for data requests, do adhoc requests, do report enhancements.

I was working as a bank teller/Enquiries. And I also done an office administration.
For me it was a very great experience/opportunity to work for a bank like Nedbank, because I have learned a lot from there. And also expirianced many things that people come across financially. But all in all I did learn to put peoples first in everything I do. And to lestin to their needs so that I can fulfill their expectations. I enjoyed doing admin and to help clients as well because there were many challenges in dealing with peoples. That also developed my knowledge and experience as well.
Pros: The chance of growth are very high if you committed your self to work.
Cons: I was working 186 hours a month

Taking pride in my work
-To work at this company means a lot of dedication and commitment One must be a go getter and proper planning to be in place before the beginning of the day I have a strong and firm relationship with co-workers as I believe its one the reasons co-workers give it their best I've learned that change is constant and one should always be ready for such. Being polite to client is vital as without them then there is no business. I've enjoyed working with different kind of people as we as the encounters with different client base. The most challenging aspects of this job is the idea that one would bring and the company would turn a blind eye only to implemented later when most damages have been done

Afforded me great opportunities for my hardwork and dedication to improve my career.
Business Banking is time driven and very challenging. Since sales and marketing do not always understand the risks involved in granting credit. And as Credit manager, you need to be firm but also try to find solutions to satisfy and impress clients.
Pros: Excellent opportunities to improve yourself with study bursaries and various other business courses
Cons: Due to many restructuring initiatives country wide, morale are very low among staff

Excellent learning curve
Always busy. Long work hours which is not a bad thing necessarily, it just means that there is no real time to connect and get t know your colleagues when everyne is always rushing.

I did learn a lot and now I realize I need a change of career and invironment
Good company and had a lot of experience and it’s a company that anyone could work fortune company also is also able t to give th staff bursaries to ur improve their careers to be able stand a chance in and have opportunities

Out of my comfort zone and a great learning curve
It is rather a learning curve especially when you face clients everyday and have to give the best service ever. I have an awesome manager who is willing to assist at all times. I am looking for something more challenging and will help me grow both personally amd professionally.

Best Learning Curve
The culture is great ,people respect each other . The relationships amongst employees is healthy with its own normal challenges that every relationship can come across. They encourage a healthy home and work balance. There's also opportunities to study. What I enjoyed most is the flexible hours and the flexibility to work from home. The challenges encounter was unrealistic demands from certain senior individuals. I've learnt to embrace my colleagues, their cultures and working styles.

Great learning experience
• Sell Credit cards • Know Banking platform • Record sales • Increase formal value-adding note and investment opportunities by providing information and selling to the market on a timely basis • Build client relationships by undertaking client content-based • Update Banking Platform Record sales, enjoyed working with people due to the fact you learn from others. Disadvantages- If others do not perform it affects the team sales as a whole for the day.
