Nedbank staff great people to wok with, team building we always assist each other. The culture at place is wonderful people are more like your family. I have obtain an extensive experience throughout the year and that has made me to be more vigilant and accurate to what I do.
Pros: adapt easily, team player, attention to detail very innovation and can work independently
Cons: people not participating in team work, employees who do not want to be accountable in what they do

Excellent coach and leader
I am currently working as Risk and compliance specialist. I have a vast financial and retail experience, a good coach and not afraid of high targets. I always ensure that team spirit and moral is high so that targets are prioritised.

Excellent learning experience

Customer excellent for our client and helping clients with what they need
It was a healthy environment to work on and since it is a big company that people trust it was easy to connect with the client because they trust the company name.. I have soo much about being financially stable and knowing how to keep and grow my money and also that a lot of fraudulent is happening when you not alert.. I enjoyed working for the company because it gave great opportunity to all of us

Move from technical work to Process Management
I Basically work in the team of Automation and scheduling in the mainframe environment. All the approved changes are tested and validated to be deployed as per the change logged. I working in a release management team as System Scheduler II. I have a great relationship with co-workers and I have learnt that Education and Certification are just paper work it all comes to implementation and execution. But Execution is nothing without knowledge and wisdom through Education and experience. I enjoy doing what I am good at. What can be challenging in my working area is refusal of developers to execute as you have advised.
Pros: no career path to grow into management role
Cons: moving from legacy to the latest trends.
