Great environment for graduates
Flexi hours - I get to spend less time on traffic. It's a big corporate and the workload is a lot and it gets monotonous. Some teams are one level and career growth is limited. Persistence will get you to your dreams.

- Performance driven - Flexible working hours - Career development through identify required training - Requires interpersonal skills - lots of working with multiple teams within the bank - Data manipulation - I enjoy working with numbers and making sense out of them - Challenging - some co-workers lack 'information sharing' skill and that can cause frustrations

Perfect training and skills developing
The businesses is well establish, main focus is providing great services to their clients and enforcing ethical behavior to their employees, it requires a team player and person who will be able to meet their daily targets. The most interesting thing about my job is the continuously changes in the business and their challenges and overcoming them. I’ve learn to value clients and giving them a great experience, clients will always remember how you made them feel.

The company is fast paced and gives great opportunity to access whether you are good in a high pressure situationsmpany one can also learn more about financial industry and be given a chance to learn about selling and meeting SLA. since it is a big corporation, one gets the sense of how the whole business is run with one goal in mind

Hardworking/ team player
Nedbank is an interesting company to work for, it's allow employees to multi skilled themselves so that they know what's happening In all the department, I had a very good relationship with my colleague we work as a team and we very active, I've learnt almost all the department in the branch, except for the branch manager, I enjoy doing customer service because is the only thing that can bring back a happy client, the most challenging part of my job is to find new customer to the business because Vryburg is a small town i end up doing the presentation to all the department and other companies, then I left with no plans on how to bring new business
