Good place to start working
well after working in retail for more than 15years I've moved around many departments and stores were I had the opportunity to meet many different and exciting people over the years I've also help develop and trained co workers to grow themselves as I did .I move and worked in many stores over the years and learned alot the most challenging aspect of the pick n pay and retail in general is the long hours

Fast learning person
I am not afraid to be under pressure an i am an opportunist and like to work over times and I am not a bad person to anyone and I I've learned that communication is important in a working environment and I like to work with people

Stock taking, inventory, cash office, staff issues, ordering, customer service orientated
I am hard working person that takes time to learn about the business and find my own methods of how the business does things. I have done numerous stock takes which I have handled myself and result's came back excellent. I submerge myself in the business and treat it as I am the owner and see how the profit and expense work. I have done banking procedures handling of finance.

Good learning experience
Always go the extra mile and work after mynnormalnwork hours to bring betyerbreaultsAlwaysllll the company have changed witth management that dont know how to speak to they staff. Company rules is no swearing but yet there are senior managemebt abusing staff.

Performance
I'm a hard worker, I'm hands on, I work well in a team. I'm a go getter and love a challenge. I'm honest and trustworthy. I trust I'll be an asset to the company. I'm a peoples person. I work well with my colleagues and I'm also customer orientated.

Go fetch your float, put your money in a draw go put your money in a till and start working. You go to lunch and tea when you are told too. There's no relationship with Co workers. I don't enjoy anything. The most challenging aspect is being pushed down by management because you want to learn.

Excellent review skills
At the company i use the computer when i do tne signage for the prices. I know how to comminicate with mi colligue ..I learn how to tread people n most of all i learn how to work under pressure..I enjoy to work with people to see how they think ..Tne most chalenging thing is when i face a difficult cutomers..
Pros: Im always in time at work, Iam hard worker ..the managers and staff where not working together then i try mi best to buil team work between us.I gain the trust from the customer becouse they leave the shop happy when they need something i try my best to help them to find what they need ..the fridge at ghe shop where not in good shape i pack the stock n clean the fridge ..and most of all we are in good commication
