My daily duties was loading maternities for management and wage employees Loading medical aid and dealing with queries for management and wage employees Changing banking details of all employees nationally Loading and dealing with queries of employees going on Salary continuation and disabilities nationally Loading on a monthly basis all management overtime, Sunday time, public holidays and Night Shift nationally Run on a montly basis the leave liability report and dealing with queries nationally Have great relationship with all my colleagues I enjoy dealing with chanlenging queries where i have to investigate most of the time you learn new things and ways of dealing with queries.

Will never wish to work there no more

As I was working at Pick n Pay warehouse, it's a place that I wish I haven't worked there no more, I've been working at Pick n Pay warehouse for 4years, without benefits and rights. Pick n Pay management has no respect for their general workers,.

Excellent learning

I have learne how to work as an in individual as a team and to be able to handle pressure my co-workers are always willing to help when needed. The most challenging aspects is when dealing with the most difficult tasks but working as a team we always delivered excellent work.

Good at skills development

Work place politics and having to be flexible doing any job required, the co workers are fun to be around and make it easier to handle pressure of the work load but the managers and supervisor's are always behind your back expecting and asking for increased work production

Still willing to learn more in the future

I am very hard worker I give my all n dedicate myself to task I require help if it's needed workworking here it's all that but now I need to venture and grow within there feild

Pros: At the moment where I'm at there's no Change of position that's why I need somthing out of these company
Cons: I dnt mind workin more hours cause it will benefit de company nd me personally

Excellent learning curve

Everyday in retail is challenging. Working in as team and building good relationships with customers. Always try and promote let customers no your product. I have learned how to deal with difficult customers and how to please them.

Great opportunity

ive learn lots of things about a retail company and they teach me lots of things like communicating with customers giving them best service they want and make sure that they are happy and they feel home when thet are coming for shopping

Good communication

Learning curve

Good company , needs leadership adjustment ,right people in the right places needed , good benefits ,good workers , balance needed in work and family .... open communication needed, in general a superb company with few drawbacks
