Excellent experience i got

I had a really great experience at Pickn pay, my co worker were easy to work with even the management. My aim was to make sure that I did my job very well, even going over board as to make paent before their due date by a week. The most challenging aspects were the vendors(creditors) who wanted to be paid befor time and insisting on getting their money before hand, even when I tell them that we as clerks are not allowed to, that's where I would refer them to my supervisors to explain to them. Overall it was a great experience and i enjoyed waking up daily to go do my job.

Pros: Great opportunity for graduates with no working experience and a good company to work for.
Cons: month end rush to pay creditors

Great expertise learning

-Each an everyday I was learning something new because we were meeting customers from overseas. -My relationship with my co-workers was brilliant because we were working as team work and " team work " makes a dream work . -In terms of assimilate I can say I have learned a lot that you can become anything in life that you want to achieve as long you stay positive and know your goals to achieve. -When the store is full on weekends because they give us a chance to perform as a frontline supervisor or customer service where you can deal with most of the time and returns. -The biggest challenge that we normal faced is when we had a technical problem with Bank Card and Till machine because we need to announce to customers in a politely way to keep them calm every time .

Routine work

routine work and frustrating relationships with co workers.There is no room for growth and nothing that challenges me within the work environment. Hard work and sacrifice is never rewarded, never mind acknowledged
