Pick N Pay staff members are so welcoming, the managers are friendly

I was making sure that the customers get everything they want. I was making sure that the shelves are full of products, no spaces in the shelves, taking the product in the stock room into the floor where customers are at.

Pros: No promotions rather than overtimes

Hardly do what you know best

The senior management team does not give you the opportunity to show what you can do in terms of contributing to the business its self. The knowledge that i have for managing is threatening them as im from the industrial sites (warehouse manager)hence they fill threatened.and also i do not earn enough money.

Very hard worker

i am a very haed workig person and take full responsibilities of my deprtment, i can work long hours including sundays and public holidays. i focas all my energy on doing my job and making sure that the profit comes in and the waste will be controlled incuding the shrink

I have learned a lot over the years

I have learned how to work with different people and different suppliers , dealing with queries and resolving them as soon as possible. engaging with different suppliers is the highlight of my experience as well as the joy of resolving queries quickly and painlessly.

Cons: limmitted growth

Learned all I know @ a pick n Pay

I have leaned to deal with different people and suppliers , deal with customer support and queries on a daily basis. Currently I deal with suppliers directly, request invoices from the suppliers, handle their queries, process invoices & do filing.

Pros: Challenging environment
Cons: Minimum growth

Working to make ends meet

Working in the property department on administrative things, ive learnt that no one will spoon feed you but you need to create work for yourself . I enjoyed mostly working with people from different backgrounds. The challenging aspects of the job was creating work and overseeing day to day tasks.
